Great service from start to finish! Even when the line looks long, it moves quickly, and they keep things running smoothly. I decided to go for the detailing this time, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost--they managed to take out a stubborn stain that had been sitting in my car for a while. Soaring Car Wash was very good when I first started going, but my last three visits have been awful. The new crew spends more time talking than working, and they don't pay attention to details. I've left with my windows and interior not fully vacuumed. On top of that, my car smelled like dirty rags instead of being fresh and clean. I was even asked if I wanted a vanilla scent, but they failed to use it or any quality products. The service and hospitality are no longer the same. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and I won't be returning--it's a waste of money for poor-quality work. I had to come home and have my husband clean my windows and inside to remove the bad smell. This is horrible and never will I return. That new crew under and manager need to be fired and replaced. $ 37.00 for a car wash in and out !!! But had a very disappointing visit. They did not spray my car at beginning yet they sprayed the car in front and behind me. No air freshener was given even though I told them but obviously he couldn't understand me... Got home and water spots all over . So I dropped by just to clean my car -- God knows I needed it after all this snow. This car wash caught my eye immediately because of the dryers which are like the first thing as you're coming up to it. Check out the video I've included that shows a sped up of about a 2 minute car wash that has you getting it amazingly clean, but also a cool light show as you're in the car going through the wash! :) I just did a basic wash for $20 one time. They also have an unlimited wash option as well if you choose. I'll definitely be looking into one of these at a car wash closer to home. Simply amazing. As soon as you enter there is a Kiosk where you can choose what kind of wash, pay for it, and get your receipt before you get waved in by a staff member guiding you into the tracks. This place is fairly new. Huge, state of the art looking car wash that offers other services like detailing an oil changes. If the website is correct, they have great hours (7am-9pm, 7 days a week) But if you want value & a clean car, DO NOT go here. They have 3 exterior choices ( $10,$15,$20) Add interiors for $20 to any of these. If you skip paying for the interior, they will still let you use one of the many vacuum machines along the back wall. I chose the $20 exterior only since my interior was very clean. Besides, something is wrong when you pay $40 for an inside\outside car wash AND its a machine wash ( no by hand) I've seen the reviews where it mentions this place is short staffed and they are correct. They need more help especially at the end when they towel off the car outside of the wash. ( on my turn I had 1 young man using what looked like two soaked washcloth to "dry off" all the water still on my SUV (yup, I had plenty of water spots when i got home) Worse than that was the car was still dirty. I saw plenty of places where there were patches of dirt such as around the rear window wiper. Machine washes can never reach every remote spot of every car made. That's why you need a good "finishing" squad at the end. I'm sorry, if you're paying for a $30-40 MACHINE car wash, the whole car better be spotless in\out. Glass included. There is no excuse. It gets done at other places like this. The monthly deals are VERY good (if you can live with a dirty, spotty vehicle.) This place can be fixed. This is the only car wash out of all the car washes in the neighborhood I prefer to clean my car. The staff is pleasant and they remove any excess dirtiness the machine may have missed. The inside of my car is always gently & thoroughly cleaned. The transition from exterior to interior is time efficient which also makes this place great for its services. read more

Car was membership is well worth the $29.99 especially if you wash your car more than 2 times a month... I think it's top tier wash for any car and the vacuums have actual power... I went there to get a car wash and paid 37 dollars for a basic outside wash and interior wash and while waiting I was cleaning the inside of my car and put garbage that was gonna be cleaned in a bag when I went to throw it out the lady manager told me to go dump in the Wendy's garbage and when I explained to her I paid for an interior wash and it would be thrown out regardless she said go throw it in the Wendy's parking lot and walked back inside and said if you don't you can leave. Had two monthly plans manager didn't care my vehicle was damaged because of there employee not doing there job didn't care to loose a steady customer for over a year . The employee didn't guide my truck and it jumped over n damaged my brand new wheel. My husband and I have been coming to this car wash since it opened. I just had the most horrendous experience at this car wash with Hazel I have a very nice car and I do not like to put stickers on it of any kind. However I keep my sticker for them in an envelope which I give them when I go. The manager Hazel just confiscated my envelope which could have potential private information about myself and my husband. And when I tried to get the envelope back from her she kicked me off the property and told me that I could no longer wash my car there. And the worst part about all of this is that I was trying to pay with a card and not even use my subscription with them. My husband has multiple high end cars and has been a loyal customer for years! This car wash is terrible! They offer services like unlimited washes, spray down your car before wash, etc. but employees and management are upset when asked to provide the service. They respond with, " your car doesn't need it". They are always damaging vehicles and refusing to acknowledge their part in the problem or giving a refund or fixing the problem.
