One big disappointment was that we were not offered and didn't receive the complimentary muffins. (They are buttermilk cheese muffins with citrus honey butter.) I later saw on Yelp people praising the muffins and the pictures looked great. I assumed they had discontinued them because I didn't see them at any tables. I did reach out to the owner afterward by email and he told me that they still routinely offer the muffins for the table and that this must have been a "lacking in my server training steps." So, please - if you are not offered the muffins (which look fantastic and I hear from others on Yelp that they are), please ask for them. I'm going to deduct a point for the muffin issue. Honestly, I spent $100 for dinner for two with tip and feel like a person should get the full restaurant experience.
