Foot massage is just fist rolling all the way, no pressure point shiatsu, feels like a multipoint foot massage rolling machine I have at home. Price is average price, same with most stores around this area, 10 dollars more per service than San Gabriel area. Gave 10 dollar tip but the masseur complained it's too low because it's late, he seems mad about it.. but this is their store's operating hours....

The woman who did my massage didn't give me her name when I asked. I got a 60 min body massage which is $50 and a facial that's an extra $10 so my total was $60. First she did the facial and it was okay she then told me to go into one of the rooms with a curtains a cover. She told me to undress so I can have the body massage. (When you do the body massage as a female you take off everything including bra except your underwear.) now I had no problem with this the first time I was here. But this time there was a camera that was in a high position that I spotted looking directly at me. Once I looked at it, it turned in the opposite direction. I was becoming very uncomfortable. I took off my clothing but kept my undergarments on and laid on my stomach. She came in and unhooked my bra and slid it off of me. Once the massage was over she told me to change and meet her at the front. I covered myself with a towel and looked to see if the camera was pointing my way and sure enough it did and once again when I looked at it turned the other way. I went in a corner where the camera couldn't see me and put my clothes on. And that surely has to be an invasion of privacy. This made my experience bad and uncomfortable. So I only planned to pay the $60. I went up to the front and she asked me about a tip. I initially wasn't going to tip because of how uncomfortable I felt, but I felt that she did a pretty decent job on my massage, not professional or above average. It was mediocre and decent. So I said I'd tip her 5$ she laughed and said "it's okay you can tip $10 instead" I said no and that $5 was fine. She looked at me in disgust and charged me. So I was expecting a total of $65. She was silent throughout this whole transaction and then gave me my receipt and waved me goodbye. I looked at the receipt and she charged me $67. So she tipped herself $7. I was mad but I just let her have the $7 and not make a hassle and walked out. In all this I may be seen as dramatic or something negative. But I would want anyone to know all of this. Because when you get a massage you WANT to feel good. To feel at ease. Why get scammed about this. And this was the receipt. I will not come here again.

The space was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which helped me unwind right away. I came in for Combo G,…read morewhich includes a 30-minute foot massage and a 30-minute body massage. I appreciated that they asked which areas I wanted to focus on before we started. My massage therapist was able to find all the areas where I was holding tension, especially in my shoulders and upper back. The pressure was firm and I could feel a noticeable difference throughout the session. My knots are pretty stubborn and loud when you roll on it, so I was happy to see they spent extra time working on those areas instead of rushing. I would definitely recommend adding the $10 hot stones! It made the whole experience even better. They used multiple stones and left them on my back for that nice warmth. Some places only use a couple of stones throughout the massage, so I appreciated the extra stones. I left feeling much lighter and less tense, and I ended up sleeping incredibly well that night.

False advertising and failure to honor discount:…read more I used to be a regular here but stopped going the last year or so. When they texted me about a Mother's Day special a few weeks ago with a special code for a 1 hr massage at $59, I booked a 1 hr body massage online. However the code took off just $31 from the $100 original price, so the total was $69 - which is $10 more than the $59 advertised. When I called the spa about it, they explained that it's only max $31 off - even though it did not say that anywhere in the text or online booking site. When I told them that it's misleading, they still would not budge and honor the $59 price. Well I got a new text today with basically the same language - claiming any 1 hour massage is $59 with the same code. Out of curiosity, I checked online and tried all 3 massage types as they are all different prices. Only the FOOT massage is $59 with the discount, since it's still only taking $31 off the original price of $90. For BODY, it did the same thing as last time - only taking $31 off from $100 so it's $69. For the COMBO, it's $64 since it took $31 off $95. Even though I advised them to change the wording on their marketing texts and emails, they did it again which is why I'm posting for others to be aware.
