Price is average price, same with most stores around this area, 10 dollars more per service than San Gabriel area. This is my 2nd time being here. The first time I was here it was a pretty good experience. The massage was great My second time being here today was uncomfortable and bad. The woman who did my massage didn't give me her name when I asked. I got a 60 min body massage which is $50 and a facial that's an extra $10 so my total was $60. First she did the facial and it was okay she then told me to go into one of the rooms with a curtains a cover. She told me to undress so I can have the body massage. (When you do the body massage as a female you take off everything including bra except your underwear.) now I had no problem with this the first time I was here. But this time there was a camera that was in a high position that I spotted looking directly at me. Once I looked at it, it turned in the opposite direction. I was becoming very uncomfortable. I took off my clothing but kept my undergarments on and laid on my stomach. She came in and unhooked my bra and slid it off of me. Once the massage was over she told me to change and meet her at the front. I covered myself with a towel and looked to see if the camera was pointing my way and sure enough it did and once again when I looked at it turned the other way. I went in a corner where the camera couldn't see me and put my clothes on. And that surely has to be an invasion of privacy. This made my experience bad and uncomfortable. So I only planned to pay the $60. I went up to the front and she asked me about a tip. I initially wasn't going to tip because of how uncomfortable I felt, but I felt that she did a pretty decent job on my massage, not professional or above average. It was mediocre and decent. So I said I'd tip her 5$ she laughed and said "it's okay you can tip $10 instead" I said no and that $5 was fine. She looked at me in disgust and charged me. So I was expecting a total of $65. She was silent throughout this whole transaction and then gave me my receipt and waved me goodbye. I looked at the receipt and she charged me $67. So she tipped herself $7. I was mad but I just let her have the $7 and not make a hassle and walked out. In all this I may be seen as dramatic or something negative. But I would want anyone to know all of this. Because when you get a massage you WANT to feel good. To feel at ease. Why get scammed about this. And this was the receipt. I will not come here again. read more

Abysmal experience here. If I could give negative stars I would. My mom was stressed and needed an urgent massage and this was the closest massage location. Upon arrival, the Asian lady stated it would be $60 for a one hour massage. **Very important detail: ($60 WAS THE PRICE THAT WAS AGREED ON) After my mom's massage was over, I come in to pay with a $100 bill and the Asian lady hands me $30 back in change (three $10 bills). I stand there confused and tell her the change is $10 short. She owes me $40. NOT $30. She then tells me that she decided to tip herself $10. WTF?!!!!!!!!!! Tipping is a choice! NOT an obligation. And since when does an employee dispose the amount you have to tip them? Given that it's my money, shouldn't I be the one that determines how much I want to tip someone? If I was going to tip anything, this little stunt she pulled pissed me off and I made up my mind not to give this lady anything because of her shady and deceptive behavior. She kept insisting it's a $10 tip and wouldn't budge and kept repeating that every place you visit requires tips (which is completely false). I told her if the $10 tip is mandatory, that's something you need to inform the custom PRIOR to getting the service; Not after. She begins talking shit about us in her language to another Asian employee, throws $10 in our direction, and points at the door screaming at us to GET OUT!!!! Is this a way to treat customers who supported your business and paid for your service? We left there completely in shock at how disgusting these dishonest atrocious monsters acted. I decided to try this out this place since I am way overdue for a massage. I had the 1 hour body massage which is $40. The price is very reasonable. I thought my masseuse did a great job on my massage. I said not too hard on the pressure. And I had some hot stones applied towards the end. It was first time to try this. The following day, my back was still aching. I was thinking it was fine since I was still recovering from the previous day's massage. The day after that, my lower back was painful. Maybe the it was the way my masseuse applied the hot stones that made my back feel worse? Or I did not have a good masseuse? TIP: If you use your debit card, you will be charged an additional $1 service charge fee. So better to use cash instead. Another annoying thing that I remembered was this older male customer who did not put his phone in vibrate/silent mode. I guess all the staff were busy and could not tell him to turn it off. The staff is extremely friendly and provided great service, and my masseuse was very careful and applied only the appropriate amount of strength when focusing on my painful spots with great technique. The whole process took an hour, but by the end my pain was just about entirely gone, and I felt very loose and refreshed! I would definitely come back to get pampered again the next time I'm able to. I've been coming to this place for the past 2 years. Great local inexpensive place to get a good massage. One person in particular that I have to give credit to is Sofia!!! She takes her time on every area of your body. I usually only get the 60 minute foot massage which at most places you get what you pay for. With Sofia I felt like she went the extra mile to tend to areas like my feet and my back. I will be requesting her every single time going forward. Massage itself was really brusque. The lady I got had no technique, so it was just a lot of pushing down instead of intentionally digging deep to try to work my knots. Lots of head scratching too lol. The foot massage part of it was actually ok as I asked her for hard pressure, but I wish there was more focus on where there was tension both on my feet and my body. I paid $30 in cash so I could get $10 change back. I specifically said "I need change for this $10" and she was holding the $10 bill like she was supposed to get the whole thing? Then she asked "you need change?" I was like yesss. She comes back with two fives and literally hands me back one five while she holds the other. I was going to give her the 5 anyway (18% yall), but I hate when people assume. Give me back my whole-ass change and I will give you what I want. I was in town and I noticed this place, so why not try it out, since I had a couple of knots on my shoulders. And I had 30minutes to kill. It was eerie but they were nice. I chose what type of massage I wanted and explained to him where I'm sore. Not only was the massage abrupt, rough, and inconsistent, he kept digging his elbow into my bones and spine! He left me really sore, I thought maybe it'll be fine in a couple of days, but the pain got worse. My lower back didn't have any pain until after the massage. During the massage, he kept running his forearm onto the lower back bone, even though I told him it hurts. Even though it was an unpleasant experience, I still tipped him $10 on top of the massage, I'm sure he put forth effort.
