I was never crazy about my prior dentist, Dr. James Leamey. He saw me brielfly told me short term he could only offer me a plastic mouth tray to hold in the broken tooth and that I could not eat wearing the tray. His long term solution was a root canal despite half the tooth was intact and there was no nerve pain. I thought his suggestion was beyond depressing under the circumstances, and simply unacceptable. I ended up leaving in search of a second and hopefully much better option. I was recommended to Alta Mesa Family Dentistry. That very same day I met Dr. Inge Hardy who was able to re-secure the broken tooth short term so I could eat with it (carefully), and did not think a root canal was required as the long term solution. She helped make it affordable for me and even gave me a hug as I was leaving the exam room. On later visits she took numerous photographs of the temporary crowns in my mouth to enable Song's Dental Lab to create the best look possible. Dr. Hardy spent a lot of time with me during appointments to ensure I was completely happy without trying to oversell me. She was so sweet and skilled and sensitive to my situation rather than using it to take advantage of me as many other dentists have tried to do. All of the staff there are also especially nice and helpful. I happily recommend others to Dr. Hardy and consider her a treasure to have found at Alta Mesa Family Dentistry.

Sometimes, Doctor Do himself leads me back to the room. The whole office is calming. Second: The assistants are competent and knowledgeable. I get the feeling that with every task they perform, they know exactly what they are doing and they are kind and comforting. Third: Dr. Do has exactly the right touch. He is careful, considerate, and extremely skilled. He lays out every option if you need to make a decision. He does not impose his opinion, but guides you through all of any possible outcomes. I was so impressed when he wanted to do something with my teeth that the insurance wouldn't pay for-- he called me back in, convinced that he could make them change their minds with another set of XRays. He was right. He saved me a thousand dollars because he cared. His mannerism is gentle and compassionate. As you might tell, I can't recommend him highly enough. I actually like going to the dentist.
