She bends over backwards to accommodate her customers, and I LOVE that she doesn't double book. I've had hairdressers at previous locations in the past that when I arrive I have to wait 30-45 minutes. When I show up for my appointments with Leslie, that time is set aside for me and we start right away. The building is beautiful and each hairdresser has their own room, which I love. In addition she did my and my daughter's hair for her wedding. Highly recommend her for a bridal party as she does amazing work. She is so sweet and professional and caring and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I had gotten my hair done years ago from another salon and they bleached and butchered my hair so I was so nervous to come to another salon to get it done. But Kassandra took the time to listen and my hair is BEAUTIFUL! She is an expert on hair cuts as well, I went from long hair with no volume or definition to beautiful long layers with bangs that frame my face, I got a balayage done and now that I have lived here for 5 years I think I have found my new salon. Also a big shoutout to the owners as well, Roger was super professional and you can tell very proud of his studio he runs it well, he checks on every single client that comes in to make sure all the stylist are doing PERFECT work. Whenever,I need a trim or curl, I would absolutely return and recommend her and this salon. SIDE NOTE: Which I don't understand why there are so many complaints about the deposit being non refundable. But, as I began reading all her 5 star reviews, I knew she would be the perfect choice as I started craving some blonde highlights. I found my way to Salons by JC, where her salon is located at the Legacy Shopping Center. When I walked into Tabitha's studio, I was super excited and immediately felt at home in her space. I love the way the whole place it decorated. She sells jewelry as well as great hair products like Brazilian blowouts and she was the first stylist in San Antonio to provide feathers for those of us looking to jump on that craze. One thing I think is really great about Tabitha is that she keeps her eyes on the latest trends all over the country and goes out of her way to stay on top of all of it. That brings me to my highlights. As I explained to Tabitha that I wanted the whitest of white highlights, she told me she was a bit concerned about how much damage that can do to hair. She was totally willing to do it if I wanted but thought that what might be a better choice for me is to go for some platinum extensions. I decided to go with her recommendation and I'm so happy I did! My hair looks beautiful, I got the blonde I was wanting, but it's not permanent and it won't damage my hair.
