The smoothie had Spinach, Kale, Mango, Banana, Agave, and Almond Milk. Very good option and a great way to consume my vegetables and fruits because I was falling short on fiber for the day. With my busy lifestyle, meetings and just trying to spend less time in my kitchen SoBol was a total life saver for me. SoBol Cary was extremely clean on my visit. It's a purple food truck and can't be missed! They were stopped in their usual spot at Lonerider's. There were a few cars there and I knew this was a popular truck.
