Everything went well. I have been putting off getting a new car for years for the simple fact I did not want to deal with the salesman at a dealership. Yes, that is the main reason for me waiting so long to get a car. My daughter told me I need to get a car broker. The one she recommended had retired. She went on yelp and read the reviews for this company and suggested it to me. Boy was I glad I used them. The experience I had was I knew exactly what car I wanted did not have a back up plan. I knew I only wanted this car and no other car and I was very fortunate to know of a dealership in their area that had the exact car that I wanted.. contacted Anthony at this company and he made it happen without any stress on my part. They go out of their way at this place to make sure you have a pleasant experience. If you tell them exactly how much or how little you want to deal with the dealership that will be handling the car you want, they will accommodate your request!!! They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything that will be happening with your car. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and Noah in any car transaction that you might be considering in the future. Give them a call. I believe you will be very pleased just as I was.

Noah is the best person I've worked with EVER! He is very responsive and gets the best deals. He's also a wonderful human that cares about his customers and his family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've used him for my last five cars. There is no reason to go to a dealership that gives you the run around for hours. Every time I get a car through him, I'm out of finance in 30 minutes. All I have to say is Angie is Awesome. I was looking to trade my Kia Sorrento didn't have the time. I contacted Angie and everything was done by text and phone. 1st Call was Monday and on Sunday I went into the Dealer signed papers and drove home with a New Kia K5 2025. Last two times I bought or leased a car from a dealership, I ended up waiting 5+ hours from start to finish. These experiences were also replete with plenty of gotchas (added costs, upselling, etc). With Noah and SoCal Auto Brokers, I told them exactly what I wanted and it showed up at my doorstep with no waiting, headache, etc. And the quotes were extremely competitive (they beat anything I saw being offered by dealers) and upfront/transparent. Noah was great to work with. I had been searching for a specific model with specific features for 9 months after an accident with my previous vehicle. Amazing experience with Rudy. I sent in a request at night through their website and Rudy got back to me the next day. Asked me for some clarification and went straight into it. Rudy was the only broker I reached out to that didn't pressure me into changing trims or options as well as being the only one that sent me the sticker as well as numbers all through text. Many brokers want you to call and I understand, but the convenience of text is so much better for me. He was also the only one that was able to find a vehicle same day and let me know quickly without any pressuring. Unfortunately, family could not pull the trigger on the deals. (They were really good) because a new vehicle is just out of their budget. Thankful that Rudy was extremely understanding. This was a great experience and shows me that they're really here for their customers. This would be my first recommendation to anyone who wants NO BS when looking for a broker. Rudy gave me the breakdown on vehicle price and total price after fees and taxes. Double checked his numbers through a couple of calculators and his numbers were spot on. Some brokers I asked added some $$$ on top of the monthly, he got me below msrp numbers and the free delivery would've been icing on the cake. These guys are just straightforward and honest and a welcomed change from all of the terrible car dealers that bait and switch you by advertising a price, then arguing with you as to why you have to pay $5000 in BS "upgrades". Thankfully, I found Noah and SoCal and I'm buying a car through them and I think I'm going to sell my car through them too, instead of dealing with the torfure of selling it myself. He tells checkout the Palisade and tell me what you think. My wife and I instantly loved the car. That was easy. Conventional car shopping is for suckas. They took care of all of it. Noah got me the horse I wanted but thought was out of budget. The coolest part was I didn't have to play the game with the blood sucking dealerships. First time using a broker but it was quick and painless, well worth it and the deal was described as "very aggressive" by more than one source familiar with the industry. read more

When they sold me my 2010 Prius in June of 2024, they didn't mention that it was under a…read moremanufacturer's recall due to Toyota's faulty paint job. I only found out about the recall when the paint started peeling in May of 2026, and that's also when I learned that the recall only lasted till May of 2025. So I had to pay full price at Maaco on Harbor Blvd. to get the car repainted instead of getting it free since I didn't know anything about the problem before the recall expired. And while the car was at Maaco getting repainted, the brake line started leaking. They called the mechanics at Rallysport across the street, and they discovered that the whole underside of the car is corroded. The mechanic even suggested that the car had to have more miles on it than the odometer said judging from the amount of rust and the wear on the brake pads. But at least the brakes failed when it was in the shop rather than when I was out driving...

This place is an absolute joke. Made a 3hr drive with DISABLED kids to purchase a 70k+ vehicle and…read morewithin 12 hours it was in the shop. Made an appointment to come down and the dealership didn't even have the decency to clean it although I made this request at 9:30am AND they were notified of our arrival the day prior. They forced mandatory service contract fees on me which is against the law. We got stranded driving the nearly new vehicle. We called and one of the service managers and he disconnected the phone in our face. The following day, I spoke to a service manager and he denied helping unless we drove it to their facility. Keep in mind, we were 3 hrs away and had issues getting there due to the vehicle. Requested that they simply have the other dealership detail it -AT THE MINIMUM- since it was being serviced at our local Ford dealership and they even denied that. No callback, NO NOTHING! Our local ford dealership (who were amazing enough to drive the vehicle to take REAL notes of all the issues) even tried contacting them and they advised us that this dealership were not helpful. Ultimately, take this as a warning ‼ AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! We purchased a vehicle with a sensor on it and they did not tell us NOR did we sign a contract advising us of this and they would not help us. The vehicle began squeaking badly and it literally went in one ear and out the other. After considering the test drive, I believe the gentleman that sat in during the test drive knew about it because he made sure to turn the music LOUDLY during this test drive. During the end of the transaction, the same attendant that was responsible for the detail AND the test drive was outside just hanging out with his colleagues under the tent and made eye contact with me and ran off like a little kid after I caught him chilling instead of doing his job. Why does a customer have to make sure you do a job? By 12:40pm they couldn't even clean it. And handed us the keys with confidence completely dismissing the request of a clean vehicle then he advised me that we can bring it back down the next day but they may need to keep it for up to 2 days. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Another key was promised and the request was ignored. DOG HAIR (which my children are allergic) AND BEVERAGE STAINS ARE EVERYWHERE! Disrespectful treatment!! They know what they are doing!! They simply are not helpful and DO NOT CARE!!! I guess humility is above this dealership. Absolutely disgusting treatment. BE ADVISED, they do not care about the status of the vehicles. All they want to do is sell them. Oh and not to mention, some lights weren't even working. Yes, there are wiring issues. Like who is inspecting these vehicles. We thought going to a huge dealership would be the right thing to do but this dealership is the same as purchasing a vehicle from a low-level street dealership. STAY AWAY!!! Taking advantage of a disabled family is a new level of LOW!

With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

I can't say enough good things about Noah, he's patient, kind, and really clear about how he can help though-out the process. He helped me to lease a little Hyundai and sell my Honda, which had a rich history, but Noah did everything in his power to get me a great deal. He even hopped on calls with my boyfriend, mom, and Honda Financial to make sure everyone was on the same page and feeling good about the process. He was super personable and not pushy like so many of the other people you deal with.
