Each step of the way, he was on point with breaking it down with fees and their was no secret additional add ons, no deception, just straight up honest and to the point. Worked with Gilbert from Financing who also did well. Their was a warranty offer for the used car, but I was never pressured, it was an option that I can either accept or decline. I didn't meet Jeremy/Mechanics, but was informed they were working on the vehicle with new battery, updating front/rear brakes and just making sure the CX-5 was in good condition to leave the lot. Jose also really went out his way to drop me/brother off at home since I actually had to use lyft to get there since didn't had a vehicle. Very grateful. I have tried to purchase a new Chevrolet at DeLillo three times and always found them unhelpful (1987, 2001 & 2016). But, the service team has always been ok in the past. I wish I got the Chris López described in all the good reviews below. He must have been having a bad day. He doubled the normal price of an oil change and rotation then recommended $3500 of unneeded repairs. I suppose the tough economy has everyone trying to pull in an extra buck. Been to the service department twice once on a weekday once on a weekend 30 minutes before they opened on both days (6:30am)to try and get my truck the update that Chevy sent me an email telling me to do both times was told leave it there for eight hours and they will call me and tell me if they can update it and I have to leave the premises while my truck is there really seems like they don't care and don't want to help you but they will call you every two days after you try to have your vehicle serviced and try to sell you a car can't believe they're calling me to solicit sales when they won't even help me service my vehicle that I've already purchased from Chevrolet. I brought my truck in for a transmission service. I dealt with a guy named Chris Lopez. I dropped my truck off in the morning around 7:00. No one contacted me for hours. Chris tried to blame the miscommunication on me not understanding there texting system. To which I responded ," if it was supposed to be easy to use it was not". All that aside , I was also given expectations on pricing which drastically changed when the time came to pay. I was also quoted a price to replace a pump for windshield wiper fluid. Chris Lopez quoted me $1400 for parts and service. I made one call to the Chevy dealer in Costa Mesa, they quoted more than $1000 dollars less. Insulation please do not use this dealer for parts and service. You're better off going to the dealer in Costa Mesa. read more

Do not buy a car here under any circumstance. My family bought a new truck here in April 2025. In January 2026 at 10,000 miles the battery died completely while we were traveling in the desert with our infant son. We were stranded with no Chevrolet dealer accessible. We paid AAA out of pocket to replace the battery and have never been reimbursed despite this being a confirmed factory defect. We brought the truck to Delillo Chevrolet in March 2026 for my first year service and specifically requested a full electrical inspection in writing. We were told everything was fine. It was not. Service manager Mike Forester has never once replied to a single one of our family's emails. Shortly after, the turn signal began triggering the high beams to flash. At 16,500 miles the battery died again. We took it to George Chevrolet who correctly diagnosed a faulty telematics module causing a parasitic battery drain along with a radio that needed replacing. Both on national backorder. An anonymous personal contact of mine who is a general manager overseeing multiple dealerships confirmed this is a widely known issue that should have been caught immediately. Delillo missed it entirely. George Chevrolet replaced the telematics module, radio, and battery under warranty. My husband picked the truck up and the same day the dashboard lit up with warning lights and a check engine light. A brand new module is now failing immediately after the most recent repairs were completed. Delillo Chevrolet, who sold us the truck, has been completely useless. They misdiagnosed the truck, never replied to our emails, refused a loaner, said they don't work with rental car companies, and ghosted us completely when we offered to work entirely around their schedule. I am so disappointed in their customer service. read more
