Thought this was going to be an easy, painless experience when I bought a Honda CRV from Saied and Peter. Nope. Barely three days after purchasing my car, I noticed it was making strange noises. Turns out the power steering hose was complete rubbish and leaking everywhere. I replaced it myself because I wasn't about to waste more money getting ripped off by a shady mechanic. Went back to Saied and waved the hose in his lying face so he could see the garbage he sold me. Told me he'd talk to the owner, maybe I could get reimbursed for the parts I had to buy. Nope. Turns out the power steering was still leaking, so they told me to make an appointment with their mechanic. I was too busy working and trying to make back the money I threw away to take it in when the mechanic could work on it, and by the time I actually was able to bring the car in, their mechanic wouldn't answer my calls. I took the car to my neighborhood mechanic, and he tightened the power hose in place to prevent it from leaking further, free of charge. Thinking my problems were over, I started actually driving my car to work. Too bad the air conditioning only works 20 minutes at a time before quitting. The entire car industry is essentially a wasteland of conmen and cheap, grubby assholes. These guys aren't any different, and they'll gladly lie to your face and sell you a piece of shit even worse than the one you drove in with. read more

What started as a reasonable and standard kind of relationship with a used car dealer ended less -than-great. I am out of area and found a car that I was interested in. I called to get more info and spoke to Peter. Has it been painted? "No, paint is great. Car is in excellent condition." "OK - I get that it is in excellent condition. It's also an older car. Rather than tell me how great it is, please tell me what DOESN'T WORK." "Nothing, great condition. Have it inspected and you'll see." "OK - please take it to my tech in the area for inspection, and of course I will pay for the pre-purchase inspection." "No problem." After paying for an inspection, I learned that there were VERY OBVIOUS items that did not work. I'm talking about basic stuff that a dealer should check by simply sitting in the seat and pressing all the buttons to confirm all functions. I'm not even getting into hidden mechanical issues that could go unnoticed. Needless to say, the car was a fail and waaaay over-priced for condition. Peter never bothered to follow up. Never heard from him after the inspection was complete. In my judgement, anyone wanting to present themselves as a quality used car dealer should art the very least offer an apology for wasting my time and money. Tread very carefully with this business. And NEVER buy a car, no matter how inexpensive, without a pre-purchase inspection. read more

Don't buy a car from them! They are rude and dishonest. They sold me a defective car. I bought a used hybrid car, and after 3 weeks, the hybrid battery broke and needed to be replaced. This alone costs at least $1,800 for a refurbished one. Additionally, I noticed the valve gasket and axle were damaged, which cost $1,500. When I called them regarding the issues, Mohammad very rudely said, "It is what it is, and we didn't need to tell you if the car had any issues or not." Then, he generously offered to sell me a 2004 ES for $12,000 and trade the defective car. I found the exact same 2004 ES for only $8,990 on CarGurus.com. I understand it is a used car and there is no warranty, but I showed the car to a Lexus dealership and three other mechanics. All confirmed that these issues existed before, and the dealer was aware of them. Customer service is definitely something Mohammad has no idea about; he only cares about making money out of each deal! read more
