I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. As I was going through their machinery I heard grinding and concern about scraping my wheels. Following a fast cursory towel off - I was on my own. I looked around and still saw the water spots, residual spots and the windows and hood. Dirty windshield and windows and the roof of the Subaru Forester was filthy. I asked them to towel off the roof as it was still dirty. I was told that they had a "new policy" of no longer cleaning the top of SUV's nor use their overhead washer in the tunnel due to previous problems. I asked to borrow a towel and do it myself... they walked away and I went to the area the guys got their clean towels and started to do it myself. Oh man, That's when two guys came running out and said "you cannot use our towels!!!" I explained that I was completing the job I had just paid for. Explained that I had a dirty car and also discovered a new 8"-10" scratch above the windshield line and surface scuffs from the machinery. I asked if they had something to rub out the new scratch (like CG "scratch and swirl") - I was told no and told again of their new "policy". I asked for a refund and was told they had no way to refund me. They did offer to run me through for a second wash --- but, now I had less confidence of risking any more damage. They also agreed I could contact my credit card and dispute the charge. I contacted CG corporate and they were clueless about this franchisee's policy's. I'm suggesting to find a better option (and in this area there are many options with customer service - not just lip service!

I must say today's experience has been great... i have been getting my truck smog checked here…read moresince they opened. Every time has been great, but this time my truck was leaking oil. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. Five stars really aren't enough stars for them. And the best part is, it's a price you can't resist. Thank you guys!

Float in carb was needing to be rebuilt and the air horn was warped. Eric took care of transporting carb to a shop to rebuild and unwarp the air horn. Car is running beautifully.
