My experience so far is decent, satisfactory. I had realistic expectations. I read the negative reviews for this location. Membership deal is $10 the first month only, and it will automatically renew for $38 I believe. Always read the advertisement. There was nothing tricky about that. What I'm concerned with is how I am in agreement with the poor reviews regarding communication: The app and the staff. Some people said they had communication issues with staff not providing full service, and it's easy to see how that could happen. Most of the workers I encountered kind of rushed thru responses or didn't speak the language I spoke, maybe. That's okay. I can see room for misunderstanding there. The app and website are not well designed. Idk if that's weaponized insufficiency or what. We'll see. I wanted to read about the types of washes, and it wasn't clear to me as to what parts are in the machine and what is done by hand. Most is the machine. The wash doesn't help much with bird spot or hard water stains. The second one I knew was mine to deal with. Expect to manually spot clean yourself. It seems like a nice deal to keep the exterior looking shiny. Any true cleaning needs are up to you, like I have to figure out the hard water stains on my own, which is scary. I like the vacuum area. I always have issues cleaning my car with limited driveway space. This was very nice. I'm looking forward to seeing how this changes my relationship with my car. My friend is absolutely obsessed with keeping their car clean. I swear they wash it almost every three days! For years, they used Chemical Guys, but lately, the number of washing machines there kept shrinking until there were barely any left. It just didn't make sense to keep paying for a subscription anymore, especially since the car didn't even feel fully clean after a wash.So, I convinced them to switch over to this place I recently discovered. After just one visit, they were completely hooked and are now super satisfied customers!The pricing here varies by tier, and the service is excellent. Before you even enter the wash tunnel, the staff puts protective tape on your wipers. As you drive in, a worker pre-wipes the windshield and roof by hand. Once you're inside the machine, there are signs that explain each step of the multi-stage wash process, which I really loved.To top it all off, as you drive out, a worker hand-wipes any spots the machine missed and removes the wiper tape. Of course, the vacuums and air blowers are completely free to use.I truly hope this car wash keeps all its equipment running and never disappoints its customers! If they ever struggle with profit margins, I honestly think it would be better for them to just raise their prices slightly rather than cut down on service. Easy to enter, it takes cash (thank goodness!) and upon exit, went to vacuum which you can get by pulling out the nozel where there's a black tubing attached. There is also an air sprayer to wisk away the excess water on your windows to keep water mark streaks. Hopefully you have a cloth or paper towels ready and wipes for the stubborn stains. read more

This is such a great location, great value as well. Always offering great deals and discounts, the people who work here are a hit or miss, but usually they are always so helpful! Though, may I say the app this company has, it's AWFUL!! They need to fix it, either they don't want to or it's designed that way to screw you over and make it impossible to cancel a membership and charge you full price. The only way around this is emailing which then takes so many days for a response. Honestly that's the only downside, but this is such a great place but they desperately need to fix that. read more

I usually really enjoy coming to Bliss Car Wash in Cypress and have the Transform+ membership, so this was pretty disappointing to see. Today, after I parked in the interior cleaning/vacuum area, I found four nails on the ground around my parking spot. I picked them up and threw them away because I didn't want anyone to drive over them and end up with a punctured tire. I have no idea how the nails got there or whether someone dropped them accidentally, but finding that many nails in one spot is definitely unusual and concerning. I really wish the area had been checked more carefully by staff, since something like this could easily damage a customer's tires. I've generally had good experiences here, which is why I'm mentioning it. Hopefully management can have staff periodically inspect the vacuum and parking areas for nails, screws, glass, and other debris so this doesn't happen to someone else. read more

I Service Requested the full exterior wash with undercarriage clean and tire shine. Just took my car through the car wash and it left the windshield completely spotless and crystal clear. Looks way better than before I went in The outside is shining, no streaks at all. Super impressed this time! this was excellent value. My car looks brand new again and it was quick and convenient. This is my favorite car wash I've tried in the area and I always come back to it. Even their basic $10.00 wash does such a great job and I never end up with scratches. I always appreciate the staff who take extra care in making sure windshield wipers are taped and they even semi-dry you car at the end. There's lots of spots to vacuum your car and the spaces are well maintained and clean. read more

Bent front license plate :( I know, I know - you go through car washes at your own risk but I have been through a dozen other car washes and have never had an issue with my license plate getting bent. On top of that, one of the cloth spinning dryers also pushed my passenger side mirror completely backwards during the wash, and then back into place as it came around again. I appreciated the pre wash and wipe down before and after the car wash, but because of the damaged plate I likely won't be returning to Bliss. :( read more

These guys are excellent in marketing because they sucked me into a membership which I have never done before for a car wash. I usually go to the one in Huntington Beach, but was coming out of Cerritos and tried this one. It did an okay job washing the car. Still after 2 car washes in Huntington Beach and 1 here in the past 2 weeks, the hood of my car has a lot of baked in dirt on it. It's going to need something more severe--maybe a hand job. Automatic car washes are all okay--none do a great job especially if they have a short tunnel like here. I do like the way my car shines with the chemicals they use at Bliss. And it seems to last a long time. Vacuums are Very Strong but spaces are tight--the hoses kept hitting me and prevented by doors from opening all the way. I self-tape the rear wiper before going through the wash with strong tape. They put tape on too but that is so weak it comes off as soon as the 1st brush hits it. read more

My car has been filthy dirty. Haven't washed it in over a month. With the on and off rain and just usage it's become filthy. I was in Cypress and happened to have some time so I was looking for a place to wash my car. But because I didn't have any wash rags to dry my car I was looking for a place where they would not only wash but dry my vehicle too. They hav 3 different packages. Decised to go with the $22 one since they also wax protect my vehicle. They have someone at the end to hand dry your car. Then you can park under a bay to vacuum and air dry your vehicle. If I came back in the next 2 weeks. I get 50% of the same wash which is a great deal. Minus 1 star because the guy drying my car at the end didn't do too great of a job. Left some water spots in my front windshield. The vacuum works really nice. Great suction. They have one on either side of the car. Based on how people park, the space between vehicles can be kind of tight. Really enjoyed this car wash. Left my car nice and clean and sparkly!! read more
