What I appreciate most about this clinic is the personalized attention from the physical therapist, who dedicates the entire session to one-on-one care, a rarity in the field. After working with a couple of therapists, I found Ross to be exceptional and the ideal fit. His expertise in sports injuries and nuanced understanding of human movement is impressive. Moreover, his encouraging and patient demeanor is essential when dealing with patients in pain (and who might be feeling down because pain has prevented them from doing what they love). Over the past couple of months, I have seen significant improvement in my injuries under his care. I have regained my range of motion, and he has correctly diagnosed and treated what has been the true cause of what's been causing my lower back/hip/ sciatica pain. Ross adapts exercises to accommodate my needs, enabling me to continue enjoying activities I love. Last but not least, I really enjoy the front desk staff, including Brian, Nicky, and Carter. They are always welcoming and friendly. When I see them, I feel like I am saying hello to my friends. It's so important to feel relaxed going into PT. I cannot recommend State Of The Art enough.

So I checked out the website and the qualifications of the many Physical Therapists listed. They ALL were highly Credentialed and I made an initial appointment for an evaluation with Ross. I am certainly very fortunate to see Ross because he had an additional Certificate in the area I needed treatment. Ross didn't waste any time during the 1 hour period and went right to work in some Deep Tissue massages and kept me informed what and why each step is critical for my successful recovery! Thank you Ross!!! Hopefully, you'll NEVER need Physical Therapy Treatments, but in the event your Doctor or Healthcare Professionals recommends treatment, I would highly suggest you speak to the Hard Working and Honest Professionals at State of the Art Physical Therapy in Tustin, CA. We have seen Dr. Lin, the owner, for all of these years and he is very talented and helpful for working out different pains. He tries to figure out where the pain is originating and has a whole body approach that I appreciate very much. Emily, the massage therapist, is wonderful. I see her for lymphatic massages. She's wonderful at lymphatic but is also able to work on deep tissue if needed during my session so she helps me with recovery as well. I was having issues with foot pain and Emily helped me discover that the source was tightness through the back of my legs all the way to my glutes. Once she worked on the areas, my foot pain is practically zero. It's important to see medical professionals that do not treat just the area of pain but look further into where the pain originates. I almost got a shot in my foot for this pain from my podiatrist and I'm so glad I didn't. I thank Emily for helping me solve my problem and bring me relief. I can run again because these people care to help and look for why the pain is happening to begin with. The support staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so nice. This practice goes above and beyond and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dr. Lin and Dr. Park Over the summer of 2025, I was…read moreassaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life. Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a "physical therapist," I don't think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided. Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body. One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention. This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom. Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered. Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive. I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself. I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect. Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.

They did not bill our insurance company and every time we get a bill we ask them to bill the insurance and they say they will and that they will follow up. They never do and sent us to debt collectors. Totally unacceptable. Just bill the insurance plan and if there is a co-pay let us know! Update: Aetna said they are in network so they are not allowed to bill us for a denial, they can appeal it but they can't send customers bills. They had 180 days to submit it. They had the right insurance info and within the timeframe but they waited too long to bill the insurance company! Danielle , hopefully you see this message. I told you the billing department you use is ineffective. If your billing department was effective and as they noted they received our new insurance "January 3rd 2025" (even though I provided it much sooner), they still were within the timeframe to submit to Aetna and get it approved. Aetna confirmed you all sent the claim after the 180 day period, so YES they (the 3rd party billing department) are ineffective at their jobs. You all were also, per Aetna policy, never allowed to try to bill us for it, or send us to collections. Sounds like you should look for a new 3rd party vendor for billing.

Second, with regard to my personal safety, they loaned me a walker for stability over my cane. I was walked to my car by the doctor assisting me. He showed me a quick maneuver to move easily into the car. Then reminding me to purchase a walker, he kindly closed my door and took the walker back into the building. In between arriving and leaving, I felt respected for what I was able to do and not frowned on for what I could not do. Last, and certainly to be recognized, in one month I have seen and felt improvement and progress. The pain is down from eight to two. The visit involved a standard flu swab and a prescription for Tamiflu. No additional testing was discussed, recommended, or authorized at the time of the visit. Months later, I received a bill from a third-party laboratory (Specialized University Pathologists) for services that were never explained or approved, and my child never visited this practice. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I encountered multiple problems: I was unable to reach anyone for months The laboratory changed their address and phone number after the initial invoice No chain of custody for the specimen could be provided No consent or authorization was on file No documentation linking the test to my child was produced Despite the lack of proof, I was threatened with collections. Ultimately, I paid the bill solely to avoid potential credit damage--not because the charge was valid. What was most disappointing was the lack of support or advocacy from PM Pediatrics in resolving this issue, even though the situation stemmed from care received at their facility. After over a year of effort, I was left with no meaningful assistance. I strongly encourage patients to ask detailed questions about third-party labs and billing practices before agreeing to any testing.

He helped push my wheelchair and even brought in a boot and called other clinics to see if they would be able to take my insurance. Unfortunately they do not have imaging at this urgent care so if anyone has laceration issues, do not come here. I felt really cared by Jose and he went above and beyond for the service. I got into couple of accidents within a short period of time and I tried going to many different physical therapy clinics, but non of them seem to know the science behind it after asking questions about the injury. I was given muscle simulators to pass time and the rest of the therapy session was either stretching or using a cardio machines(severely aggravates the pain) or just massaging a random area of my injury. After speaking to my Orthopedic, he recommended this place, I gave it a try. After a couple of weeks, I went from not being able to walk to gaining a bit of strength in my injured area which was the most progress out of all the therapy clinics I've went to because the ultimatum I was given by my Orthopedic was surgery if I could not see much improvements which made me extremely relieved after I saw progress within a month or two. I was given catered therapy session based on my injury and the therapist explained the science behind every process and they were with me through the whole session and I was guided throughout the process outside of the clinic to help expedite the healing process and to minimize pain. They made it less of an effort to focus on classes whilst going through the injury. read more

We've been coming to the Tustin facility for several months. We are so happy to have found SoCal Elite for our physical therapy. Using the HAL device (we call the Robot !) has been amazing and fun. Progress has been apparent almost from the beginning of our time here. The improvement in balance and getting back to walking is very apparent, with improvements almost every visit. We were referred by a former patient and contacted Mariah who set up our first visit and worked with us to set a schedule and helped us coordinate with our other therapy to get the maximum benefit from our efforts. Michelle and Ivan have continued to work with us. The sessions are challenging but they are so positive and encouraging that the time goes by quickly. All the staff have been knowledgeable and dedicated to help us meet our goals. Just as important they have been kind and supportive. After researching top-rated physical therapy spots for recovery following bilateral hand surgery, I chose SoCal Elite Physical Therapy, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I highly recommend, especially for anyone recovering from hand surgery. Stephanie was incredibly supportive throughout my seven-month recovery journey. We worked seamlessly as a team. She truly listened to my feedback and consistently adjusted my treatment based on my progress, which made a huge difference in my recovery. She made me feel genuinely cared for and heard, not like just another patient in a time slot. My surgeon had mentioned that I genetically produce more scar tissue and that one of my fingers might never fully open or close. I was thrilled when SoCal Elite opened up their Tustin location as it was literally 7 minutes from my house! Having been driven 3 times a week to the Irvine location after a severely shattered right heel, not being able to drive or walk for close to 4 months, I jumped at the chance to be one of Tustin's first patients! I had to transfer over my care to a new therapist, Jessica, who took on the challenge with the best of care. She got me down to 2x a week and continues to work on all my issues with the best results possible. I'd recommend everyone to get treatment with SoCal Elite. Kenzie at SoCal Elite Physical Therapy Tustin was fantastic to work with---warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and fun. I had an unusual presentation of a hand injury and she took the time to research how to work with the injury to ensure that the exercises were appropriate so that it healed properly. Also, I loved that it was a 1-to-1 experience as I felt she could really focus on my needs as a patient. Even though my hand injury is healed, I will miss seeing Kenzie every week. My right knee was in pain from multiple meniscus tears so my doctor prescribed a course of physical therapy. Fate guided me to Socal Elite in Tustin and to Johnny Nguyen in particular. Over the course of 2 months working with him my pain level went from a 10 to practically nothing. I was able to cancel my scheduled surgery and continue with my normal life. I had a 5 star physical therapy treatment program here for 6 weeks, due to a frozen shoulder. The entire staff, especially my therapists, Courtney & Andrew were the best! I am very thankful I had such a good OT, Stephanie, to help me back to the road of recovery. What I appreciate most about this clinic is the personalized attention from the physical therapist, who dedicates the entire session to one-on-one care, a rarity in the field. After working with a couple of therapists, I found Ross to be exceptional and the ideal fit. His expertise in sports injuries and nuanced understanding of human movement is impressive. Moreover, his encouraging and patient demeanor is essential when dealing with patients in pain (and who might be feeling down because pain has prevented them from doing what they love). I've been recovering from a hamstring autograft ACL reconstruction (+ meniscus stitch), and Dr. Taylor Sillekens has employed the perfect balance of pushing me to progress quickly while demonstrating holistic care for both my knee and overall wellbeing. He puts a lot of thought into his programming, which is both challenging and creative- I believe I've left every session having tried a new exercise. My mobility and strength bounced back so quickly that I found myself stronger than I was prior to the injury within less than 6 months. Core Performance has a lovely staff team as well! The PT aids are quite attentive and consistently check on my form/correct me if I'm off.
