Going through the wash, the attendent is supposed to scrub the car with the suds but that didn't happen. Instead he just mopped the top of my car and could care less about cleaning the car. Obviously this isn't the fault of all the employees but comes down to the ownership amd mgmt. It's clear they haven't invested or cared about their business. I tipped the guy who dried my car $5...he did a good job with that part. Would have tipped $10 but that would put the car wash at over $40 for a crappy job.

Ever since that day, my car has had a smell like mildew it feels as though they shampooed my carpets, which funny enough I paid them extra to do and did not complete the task. It has been miserable trying to get rid of the smell. I have taken it to multiple places now after having spent almost 200+ dollars just that one time here I do not recommend this place. I came 10 minutes before they opened and was told the detailing people come 'whenever' and ended waiting 30m. I inquired about a claybar service and the sign said $80 and was agreed by the servicer. He gets stuff ready and starts on my car and 15m later another person comes, who appears to be the supervisor introduces himself and then tells me it's another $20 because my car is a sedan and is big (I'm pretty sure the sign covered sedan and trucks)... I reluctantly agreed since I was already there and don't mind if they do a good job anyways. Long story short, I paid for a claybar service and got a handwash + handwax service. I asked about it because I didn't see any claybarring (I've done this myself) and told they're using a product that has it in it? Made no sense to me and I didn't want to bother arguing, but I wouldn't come back here for detailing services. Tipped the guy $20 kauz it is still manual labor for him and it was hot. There were some spots not wiped clean and had wax on parts of the car still as well.

He even said, "Buddy, there's more space on the right," without realizing there was literally already a car there. Unfortunately, they failed to remove the stain and somehow made things worse by leaving what appeared to be low-quality dressing products throughout the interior. It was incredibly disappointing. Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. Wash Me Now has absolutely earned our business going forward, and they'll be the first call we make the next time either of our vehicles needs detailing.
