Thankfully, we found Wash Me Now. I called on a Sunday morning expecting to schedule something later in the week, but they were able to come out the very same day. We live in a gated community with no access to a hose or water source, which can be a challenge for mobile detailers. Not for these guys. Their truck is fully self-contained and equipped with its own filtered water system, so they were ready to work immediately. For $180, we received a full interior detail that even included an exterior wash at no additional charge. The results were outstanding. The matcha stain that another company couldn't remove was completely gone. They cleaned up the residue left behind by the previous detailer and restored the leather to a clean, factory-like finish. The exterior looked incredible as well. The paint was glossy, the trim looked great, and the entire car looked better than it has in months. What impressed me most was the value. For less than $200, they corrected another company's mistakes, removed a difficult stain, detailed the interior, and washed the exterior. That's hard to beat. The Porsche honestly looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and extremely thorough. Wash Me Now has absolutely earned our business going forward, and they'll be the first call we make the next time either of our vehicles needs detailing.

Once I received a call back, instead of just simply being told they do not do what I was asking for, I was instantly met with extreme attitude. This was a huge red flag but I continued to stay calm and respond to his information that was given with attitude. As I got maybe 2 more sentences out, it led to even more attitude and I instantly got hung up on, before I can get another word out. Needless to say, what a blessing, because I am not ok with paying people like that to take care of my stuff, regardless if he thought I was misinformed asking a question. It would've been a great moment for reassuring and sealing the deal.

I let him know my schedule, and he was able to accommodate me without any issues. I received a reminder text a couple of days before my appointment, as well as another one on the day of the appointment, which I appreciated. A $50 deposit was required, which wasn't a problem at all. I completely understand that it helps protect the company from last-minute cancellations. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The detail took about two hours to complete. They offer both mobile service and the option to bring your vehicle to them. I chose to take my car to their location since it was relatively close, and I figured it would be easier for them to have all of their equipment readily available. As expected, the communication continued to be excellent throughout the appointment. Jonathan sent me an update shortly before they finished so I could head back, which made the pickup process very convenient. When I picked up my car, I was genuinely impressed. It looked fantastic, and I was extremely happy with the results. I also like that they offer a rewards card where your fifth service is free after booking four services. That's definitely something I plan to take advantage of. Overall, Jonathan and Ty are doing an outstanding job. They've earned a new customer, and I fully intend to bring my other vehicles to them in the future.
