    Skip to the edited portion at the bottom! What could've been left a terrible experience was completely turned around! We called to order a delivery for a significant amount of mulch for our yard and I discussed the price difference for natural and dyed mulch, settled on the order and had it set to be delivered. The mulch came and long story short, it was not what we expected and not suitable (in my opinion) for a front yard. I called and explained the situation which we agreed could've been prevented by the employee who placed the order asking a couple questions or providing one disclaimer regarding the type of mulch. Aaron, understood I was frustrated as I was having surgery the next day and was not in a position to have a lot of back and forth regarding my issue. He said "let me do what I do and take care of it you worry about resting after surgery". And he did. He had the mulch we didn't like hauled away the next day, then when I was ready for the new delivery he arranged the new order to be delivered at no extra charge. I was prepared to pay the difference as there is a cost difference between the two types of mulch, but he covered it and followed up to ensure delivery went well. Thank you for going above and beyond to turn a headache into a great experience! Edit-I'm halfway through shoveling the 8 yards of mulch we received and I am shocked at what is in this "premium mulch". The quality is sub par and downright unsafe. Besides a great deal of trash (even ketchup packets), I've found multiple metal wires, rusty nails and two saw blades!! And I'm only half way through!! Should we need mulch again in the future this is NOT where we will be getting our supplies from. This "premium" mulch is all recycled construction materials that they don't bother sifting through. Buyer beware.

    I had four loads of 50/50 Planters Mix delivered 2 Loads on schedule 2 Loads unfortunately were delayed for numerous reasons. For the most part I was very happy with their CS. I will use again in the future.

    I highly recommend this place . I am a local contractor in the Temecula area and every time my customer wants Mulch i shop here . Just a word of advice if you buy colored mulch make sure you put down a tarp down before you dump your load on your driveway if you're going back for more or for any reason

    I shopped every landscaping business in the area including the box stores and So Cal had the best prices and selection. The displays of mulch and rock in front of the office make it easy to take pictures and compare what you need. They have good quality weed cloth for sale and their price list includes every item they carry including calculations for measuring the amounts of product you will need for your project. The men working in the yard are helpful and answered all my questions and offered outstanding customer service.

    These guys are great. Rj was super helpful with my quote and the guys that came out couldn't have been better! They worked their a**es off and covered my massive hill in no time. Then they cleaned everything up and blew off the yard and driveway and where the truck sat. I'd give them a 6th star if I could.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Purchased a Thompson seedless grape vine…read moreand upon ripening it was full of seeds - we dug it out and threw it away - what a waste of a year of time and care! During the time while grapevine was growing (before we knew it wasn't a Thompson seedless) we also bought a Washington naval orange tree. It showed dwarf on the tag but Mike assured us it WASNT a dwarf and was a semi dwarf or standard (which is what I was looking for) no matter what the tag said! Well, now after nearly a year of care and fuss over this orange tree we pick the first orange and it is FULL OF SEEDS!!!!! So now I call Mike and tell him all that is written above and he laughs and says wow do you have bad luck!!! My bad luck was shopping at this small local nursery!!! So my husband gets on the phone. Mike stops laughing. Oh what? More fun trying to intimidate a woman? After some convo w my husband, Mike requests pics and says "he will see what he can do!" So we sent these pics to #951-679-0664, where he requested we send them. Requesting he respond to us. We haven't heard back! Based on the prior grapevines and then the orange tree being mislabeled we don't trust any kind of replacement tree but a full refund. Don't trust Mike! Here are the pics we sent to Mike. Do the right thing and refund our purchase price!!!! Based on other reviews and mine, I sure wouldn't shop here and waste any money or time and effort! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

    By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. For starters, we ordered custom blinds…read moreand were advised it would take 6-8 weeks. We understood the process and were willing to wait for installation. Suzanne called one month later leaving a voicemail and advising all of the blinds were all delivered and we would be scheduled for installation. A few days later Suzanne calls again leaving another voicemail but this time she is stating the blinds are lost in customs somewhere in Tennessee and there's no estimated arrival. We were thoroughly confused considering less than a week prior Suzanne had called and scheduled the installation. I decided to call for clarification on the status of the blinds. Immediately Suzanne was rude, combative and extremely unprofessional. She stated half of the blinds had arrived and she scheduled the installation however this information was NEVER relayed to us. We wouldn't have scheduled blinds for a half installation but rather waited for the entire shipment to arrive. I explained to Suzanne that she never told my husband or I that it was a partial delivery. Suzanne became defensive, called my husband and I liars when we advised her she misinformed us regarding the blinds. Meanwhile we have the voicemail documenting Suzanne stated all blinds were delivered. My husband and I had both taken the day off of work to be there for the blinds installation which was not an easy task due to my husband being in the military. We requested to speak to a manager and spoke to Ramona. She gave the run around about how sorry they were and it's not a reflection of their beliefs of customer service. Ramona also stated the store manager, Mario, would call us directly by the end of the day or no later than the following day. We did not hear from Mario or Ramona and had to call back. We were advised it was "on Mario's to do list to get done" but crickets. Needless to say I will NEVER shop at this location again. The blatant unprofessionalism and lack of value for the customers is astonishing. But does management care? No, they don't. The behavior and blatant disrespect Suzanne displayed is cleared condoned and accepted by Ramona, Mario and all management. Save your money and go to a different location or different store all together.

I walked in expecting a normal trip (you know... grab one thing, leave with ten), but Ramona turned it into a VIP experience. She didn't just point me in the right direction--she practically escorted me through the wilderness of aisles like a seasoned tour guide who actually cares if you survive. Need help? She's already there. Got a question? She's three steps ahead with an answer, a backup plan, and probably a better idea than what you came in for. At one point I was convinced she might secretly run the whole store. Customer service like that is rare these days--Ramona didn't just go above and beyond, she packed a lunch and stayed there. If every Home Depot had a Ramona, bro DIY projects would be so much easier. 10/10 would get lost in the store to be rescued by her.
