I came here yesterday and had an appointment with Peter at 4:30pm, I always use the restroom before…read morethe massage so as I was walking back, I'm walking through their break room and you can hear the washing machine running, the restroom was kinda cluttered. They had me at the first room by the front with curtain as a door. When he was massaging my backside, I kept hearing this faint voice like someone was watching a show, every time he is close to my head I can hear it and he has this weird breathing like he was gasping for air or like a panting thirsty dog. I couldn't relax. That's when I looked up and see that he didn't even close the curtains, I asked him why didn't he close it ? He says because there's nobody there. Is not that nobody is there, is the consistent thought of no privacy and the feeling that someone could look in any time. So I asked him to close it. Why pay more for privacy when they don't even close the curtains ? And those little voices are the iPod he has in his ear, he was listening to some show for the 40 minutes when he was massaging me, he wasn't even concentrating. And his knuckles were rough like sand paper when he was massaging my back, it was horrible. For a medium build like Peter, he has boney forearms, when he was using one arm to roll up and down my back rib cage, it hurts. The whole 90 minutes was a waste of time and money, he's not good. His pressure is hard on one side but soft on the other side, is not consistent. He also burned me with the hot stones, he left it on the back of my calves and it got burned. Maybe he forgot he left it there when he was so into his show ? After it was over, he waited in the front with a tiny cup of cold water, the cup you get at the doctor's office when they give you a pill, that's how small the cup is lol. I gave him $30 tips because I feel bad for him, because when I was waiting at the front before the massage, 3 big African American ladies only tipped him $5, waves it to him like he's a $5 stripper, that was so wrong. Seriously ladies ? $5 tips for 90 minutes massage? Are you at a restaurant ? Is one on one, 90 minutes of kneading your fat azz. Is hard work. For an hour of good work is $10-$20 per hour tips, not the 20 %, y'all so used to. If you can't afford to tip at least $10 an hour, stay home. Do you think he's getting that $50 per hour massage ? Of course not, that's for the owner, they work for tips. $5 is not going to feed their family, and you can't even get a Happy Meal at McDonald's. Tip them well when they do a good job, don't be like those 3 ladies, CHEAP. I was there at 7/12 @ 4:25 pm. You 3 big ladies was leaving and I'm the guy that said "wow busy ". Yeah I called you CHEAP lol Good luck to the rest of y'all coming here. And the young lady in the front with the streak green hair, smile a little, it makes the customers feel welcome to your store.

He will take one step at a time to make sure all grounds are covered before moving to the next step in a procedure or recovery. He listens well. I have pushed to get this to happen and he just tell me to write up something and give it to the girls at the desk to sign. I don't like that. I don't know if it is just because he doesn't want to do it or doesn't have time to do it. I continue to go because he listens and seems to know what he is talking about. Saw another great review on yelp and set an appointment. As the other review noted, Dr. Durrant is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently examined and discussed my foot issues, then treated the wart and prescribed a stronger anti-fungal, as well as offering a variety of tips for preventing the return of athlete's foot. Incredibly satisfied with the treatment and his attention to detail. The only downside, which the other review also warned, is the wait time. My first appointment (afternoon) was over an hour later than scheduled, and my second appointment (morning) was 30 minutes after scheduled. One other person in the waiting room actually rescheduled his appointment because he'd been waiting so long, and his schedule couldn't permit such a delay. Still, the staff were kind and accommodating despite their delays, and the fellow seemed relatively understanding despite the inconvenience. Overall a fantastic doctor, just allow extra wait time.

DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. And the front staff hostile and don't know or won't do their jobs…read more First, The Dr wanted an MRI, that was in the initial authorization. The staff REFUSED TO READ THE AUTH. They had to go back to the VA which took months. Diagnostics are preauthorized. The staff refused to look for it and in the end got several letters telling them it was preauthorized. This was early OCTOBER! End result, I did not get the MRI until Feb or March! WTF! So their being lazy denied me care for five to six months. The Dr. requested PRT plasma rich therapy. It was aproved. AWESOME! Again their staff didn't have it, I had to download my records and send it to them and call the VA to resend it. No problem right? WRONG! I can hardly walk by then and its only gotten worse now. The Dr only gives me steroid injections that no longer work. Whats the point? Last visit, I say good news, and ask, "So what is the treatment plan?" \ She begins ranting, when I bring up the PRT, "The VA authorized it, but they won't pay it...they won't pay what its worth." WTF? You have an auth and a contract. She now says, "Amniotic therapy is what I want to do, but you have to pay for it. Because the VA won't!" WTF! She had an auth that was aproved and now she doesn't want to do it and wants to do something that is not and that insurance won't cover to be paid under the table. That is highly questionable. I again ask, "What is the treatment plan." Again she rants, "I ordered braces and that which you will have to pay for....thats the plan." To date there have been no requests for braces and no request for additional care. At the conclusion of that apt, I ask, "So how long before a followup" she replies, "As needed" that is not an answer. Since steroids no longer work and there are no requests for braces or other care. So she is doing unethical practices in my book. Buyer Beware! I have reported them to the inspector general and they are now very interested.
