Throughout every visit, he has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. When treating my plantar warts, he never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, which meant a great deal to me. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my treatment. The office staff is wonderful as well. They have always been friendly, helpful, and patient when assisting me with my insurance and making sure I received everything I needed. I injured my foot when I slipped on my tile floor at home and preliminary X-rays showed possible fracture. I was given a splint at urgent care with crutches while I waited for podiatry referral. Once the referral went thru, I was able to schedule an appointment the next day at their Riverside location with Dr. Chandler Hubbard. She took new X-rays so that they could see exactly what the urgent care doctor saw. She was super friendly and explained the injury and treatment process to me. Luckily, my injury turned out to be mild and I just needed to be in a boot to recover. No surgery needed. I would definitely come here again for podiatry needs. read more

Stay Away! Their office staff is incompetent. They can not.even relay simple.messages from the Dr. When asking.them questions they get.hostile and "oh I have to get my manager.to answer that." When the Dr. Said "one minute. I'll be right.back" and never returns. Instead sending one of the girls from check in to pass on info which they did poorly. Oh and the Dr. said "You've got.so much arthritis...you're going to need new ankles." That.is her specialty. I opted for a nee facility after the office staff.over several calls failed to return calls or.again returned calls.but.cpuldnt answer.the questions I had asked multiple times and got.butthurt and showed it with lots of.attituide and hostility. They were the prime reason I went elsewhere. Having gone elsewhere and spoken and been examined by a Dr.I knew and had worked with in the past and asked about.the amount.of arthritis he stated. "I don't see it. They look pretty good you have a little about.as much as I got but.nothing to worry.about." Further. This places does braces and prosthetics abd gave several that they never told me about. The VA went with in house fir the braces. The new Dr. Said he saw no reason why I would need braces to imobilize bother ankles. Stta6 Away they will run up the bill for all kinds of treatments and push for surgery.whwn it is not needed. read more

The doctor I see on Wednesdays is very nice and polite. She is sweet and listens. However, when it's comes to the front desk I have 2 complaints they put you on hold for long periods of time and make you wait. I got a bill and it was their error I tried calling to clear it up and they put me on hold for over 15 min so I hung up and called billing who cleared it right away. They couldn't even figure out why I got the bill. I told them I pay every time I'm there. The first time I went they had me wait over an hour and when it comes to making an appointment they always say can you wait. I don't understand the wait when you have 4 girls up there doing nothing. Please get better staff who know about customer service. They have no clue when it comes to that. read more

i went with my grandma today.for a follow up appt. service was great with dr. oconell. the staff is very nice except what i witnessed today. i witnessed the "manager" (danielle) being rude, disrespectful, and making her staff feel like they're nobody and can be stepped on. it's so unprofessional yelling at your staff especially in front of patients. two patients had to stepped in and that's more embarrassing of the managers part. she shouldn't be a manager period!!! empire foot and ankle, do better and treat your staff better !! read more

Don't be fooled by these 5 star reviews! There is a banner saying if you give a five star review they will give you a discount. Office is always busy and doctors try to spend as little time with you as possible. Ladies at the check in counter are always busy and getting an appointment is difficult. Multiple doctors work in this office so trying to see your doctor for a follow up appointment is not possible. read more

I would never recommend this place for anyone to go to. It's a complete waste of time. I took my 4 year old here to see the foot dr. The staff there is only there to collect a paycheck and the doctor does care about his patients. I was there for an hour waiting to be seen. When I finally spoke out to the nurse and asked how much longer, she asked the Dr and he replied "sure, I guess I can go in and see them" I was appalled and just walked away. Oh! And they wouldn't let me 9year old use their restroom. They told me to have him go outside and use the one they have outside their office. read more
