We chatted for a bit and I told him I had let the service go because my husband had lost his job late last year and we had to scale back on some stuff. He understood and heard my concerns, asked for a contact # and left a card for me to reach out when I was ready. I liked that he wasn't pushy and didn't hound me. I was finally able to connect with him a couple of days ago and today we have a brand new system (google neat cameras and sensors) installed. One of the biggest complaints I had was that the doorbell we initially purchased never worked correctly. I had constant issues with it. Allen (the tech who came out today) was able to resolve our door bell issue and now we have a functioning doorbell! Allen provided exceptional customer service and made sure to take his time when explaining everything to us and made sure everything worked properly before he left! He even left behind a manual for us to refer back to along with a web site for tutorial videos and his contact # if we have questions.
