Our boards didn't seem to be in the best shape, all 3 of them would frequently submerge in water. I've never experienced that with other SUP rentals. This is a wake zone so boats will constantly be coming to and fro on top of the tides (which are understandably uncontrollable) so it made for a challenging time. The individual who set us up was going to give our friend who hasn't paddleboarded before a very quick run down, but got distracted by other people inquiring so we were left a bit puzzled to take off by ourselves We also requested only one hour, but when pricing was requested, the two hour rate was requested. I took the individuals word so we went ahead and paid, but I realized after the fact that it was for 2 hours and so they said they couldn't refund us right there and then, but if we were to just take an hour we could reach back out, but it seemed a bit burdensome

If your 9-12 year old is used riding any bike at all, or I guess even if they aren't, then don't expect them to be stoked about the bike you rent for them. Maintenance of the bikes all across the board, not just kids, is questionable. Lots of squeaky parts. Brakes were tight but also wobbly break levers. Many of the helmets are kind of gross. Lots of the straps are sticky/oily and the straps need to be adjusted so much. Go to the other bike rental place in the same complex for a more professional operation. I will say, that it's probably cheaper than the other place. So if you're looking to save some money, there you go.

Davin, the general manager, was truly next-level amazing. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help us plan and perfectly time the proposal. He was incredibly communicative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. You could tell he actually cared about the moment, not just the rental. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. At the check-in booth, Wyatt gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel like we were the top priority, even though he was juggling at least five other parties in line trying to rent for the day. He was genuinely stoked for us to be there, which instantly set the tone for an amazing experience. When we got to the dock, Davin was exactly how he was over the phone, and gave us clear, easy-to-understand instructions, he checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and made the entire experience completely stress-free from start to finish. Davin and Wyatt are the definition of 100/10 customer service- professional, kind, and an absolute rockstars. We live in San Diego and will absolutely be going out with SD Adventures again. 5/27/23 Attended a Celebration of Life event at the Coronado Boat house, honoring a man who has…read moreserved his country. Came to pay my respects & I stricken with such emotions, of both awe & inspiration. My dear friends' father had passed in the year prior & today they've come to celebrate & honor his memory. Listening to each of his children speak about his legacy & memories was tugging at my hear's strings. It made me realize how he shaped the lives of these people, my friends included. This venue was perfect. It started out gloomy outdoors but as soon as the sun shone through, it was such a beautiful day. There is a boat launch & a park that's ideal for picnics, and windsurfing, kite flying, water sports at the beach that's a few feet away. I would imagine this venue would hold about 75 people, perhaps more. There's a functional kitchen with a sink, fridge, an oven (stovetop) & microwave. Whatever celebration you have planned, this place would be wonderful. All in all, I felt so honored to have a part of this Celebration of Life. The only regret I have is not being to get to know this amazing man while he was still among the living. He's likely watching over his family from the great Beyond.

It was…read morepretty easy to find, as there's giant signage that says "JET SKI" on the side of the road where you pull into the parking lot. As far as parking, the lot where the business is is paid. (I think $12 for 1-2 hours). There is free parking across the street, though. When going through safety measures, they do show video footage of people dying in accidents, so bring a stomach. I'm used to Lake Havasu, so they essentially say don't hit anything. Otherwise, go have fun. However, in San Diego, there are a lot of laws and harbor police that will give you a HEFTY fine if you don't obey the copious laws. Once you're on the water, there are lots of other boats and lots of 5mph/no-wake zones. Driving around the military aircraft carriers is pretty cool. You don't have to fill up on gas before you bring the jetski back, and we only used about 3/10 bars for an hour and a half of driving. For how stickler-ey SDHP is, this company tells you where not to go or how not to get a fine or injure yourself or the boat. The price is pretty reasonable, so I might be using them again this summer.

I rented a Duffy from the Kona Kai location and it was broken. Bob there, immediately called Gus at Paradise Point location and secured us a pontoon boat, honoring the same price. It was crowded on the dock and hectic. It was crowded in Mission Bay. But the sun was signing brightly, the wind was nice, and another family memory will be in our scrapbooks for decades. We had a reservation, and 1/2 hour later we are still waiting for it. Staff walks in and out near us and not one smile or Hello, it looks like they hate their job. I told Emma to smile jokingly, and she gave me a dirty look. We paid over $600 for this rental, and they made us feel so uncomfortable that we feel like walking away. What a shame, action sports should be embarrassed, and Loews Resort should take notice of this.

It's a nice area to go to and generally pretty quiet area as long as you don't go into the channel where the motor boats go, rentals are great but it's soooo much nicer and cheaper to take a kayaking or SUP class for the semester if you have the time on the weekends I think it's only about $40 for the class and the staff are always so nice and helpful. I've met so many amazing people and it's so much more fun to go out as a group :)

A friend of of ours volunteered to be our captain for the day, and a group of nine of us packed up some lunches and headed out of a little adventure. Seaforth was reasonably priced. Our friend was even able to find a discount coupon online when he booked the boat. We were a bit worried about the weather when we booked, as it had been raining a lot recently. Seaforth offers a 3-day cancellation period, but after that we were on the hook rain or shine. We were lucky that the weather obliged, and we did not have to cancel. Seaforth was professional. Our friend arrived early to check us in and we all met at the dock. The staff member came to the boat to sign us all in, go over safety information, and help to push us out. I feel that they were professional and timely. I like that they also do the cleaning and re-fueling so that we could just focus on having a good time. I think our friend did comment on the fact that the boat was a bit on the older side, which I had also noticed as compared to some of the boats we had rented in the past. Also, I noticed a small hole in the sail, but it did not seem to impact the ability for the sail to catch wind. All in all, it was a great day out on the water and I would definitely rent from Seaforth again.
