Extremely horrible customer service!!!! I guess you call hook line and sinker they get you a price over the phone as soon as you go into their building they jacked the price up. I was planning to get my truck lifted from this company. After going into the building and talking to two technicians and their office staff I realized that I was so wrong to go there. You're not the only company out there doing the same work. Wow I'm so glad I'm giving you this review that you highly deserve. I always tell my customers each review is like $1000 tip. Thank you thank you so much for wasting my time!!! Definitely bait and switch. You just said it yourself you gave me a price over the phone. Then when I came in you jacked the price up. I specifically told you everything that was going in. I wasn't hiding anything. Thank God I didn't give you guys the work . The price you quoted me was ridiculous anyways. I found another shop down the street from you who did it for half the price. Now I'm extremely happy. It's nice to find honest people these days. My engagement with the place is not very good. Initially, I worked with Jessica and Steve to discuss my truck getting 6" lift. They were very competitive, near my home and very friendly. After placing my order and giving 50% down on a 4k job, the nightmare started: 1. I followed up 5 days later to check on parts ordered to start my lift kit. I was told during my order it would 5-7 business days to receive. During follow up, was told that parts are being delayed due to holidays. I requested a tracking number and that information was refused as I worked with manager Dom. I believe the parts were obtained from a different supplier to start the job after tracking information was requested. The original tracking information was never provided. 2. During installation, spacing issues were identified. Solutions offered were: Option 1-Shave steering rods to get required clearance or Option 2-Add 2" spacers to get Clearance or Option 3-Change rims size The truck was completed with both option 1 and 2. 3. Within 200 miles metal was hitting Rim during turns. Took truck back and was explained that next option is to change rim size. Issues with shop: 12 month warranty- When attempting to get credit for failed installation decisions it was stated that shop has no return policy due to the following: -Tires not returnable once mounted -Special order parts no return policy which include spacers -Special mods not accountable like the shaved steering equipment At this point, I will have wasted about $1400 in parts and repair I didn't need(tires, spacers, shaved mods). I will still need to spend more money(rims and tires) or I will continue to do damage to my steering and rims. read more

I got my Silverado lifted here. They gave me a good price and had the lift I wanted. They first said it would take one day but that ended up being 3 days. I was good with that since I have an extra car I take for work. But the worst thing was on my way home my brake caliber fell off on the freeway when I was on my way home from picking up the truck. My guess is they forgot to tighten it down during installation. A tech came right away to reattach. He added brake fluid and retorqued all the pieces. After that my wife didn't want the kids in the truck. They didn't apologize or anything. When getting a lift here check all the bolts before taking it home. read more

Worst experience ever!! Last Thursday I went in to get some tires some 33s. I got financed the gentleman in the front told me that there's no problem they can take care of me but that they how to order the tire it will be in the next day . Friday the next day I come in shortly after I drop off my truck I get a call by the lady in the front that my tire didn't fit that I had to buy either some spacers or some rims in order for my tire to clear.. I agreed on some rim but that they couldn't have it until Tuesday 4 days later. Tuesday afternoon I come in to get my 33s put on the gentleman in the back call me in never did I want to see the tire on my truck I did see that Rim that they're talking about allegedly it was rubbing against my caliper and that I need isn't spacers or a smaller Tire.. me wanting the 33s that I finance went with the spacer. . So they continued Empire Auto Tech it worked on my truck when they was done I noticed it was a smaller Tire I asked the lady in the front and we're going to rewrite a contract she flat out said no because it takes too long to write up a new contract that she would just reimburse me in cash gave me $86 that's it have a nice day,, the tire that they put on my truck was some 30s@126the tires that I financed were 33s@195 each .. they are Crooks so be careful when you go 2 Empire Auto Tech .. Empire Auto Tech you're going to sit here and tell me that a 33falken and 30 americus are only 86 dollars in a set of 4??? You knew a s know americus is a cheaper tire ... for the record u didnt give me a receipt stating that you gave me 30 inch tires there's no paperwork sing what you guys gave me.. I called the finance company and let them know exactly what you guys are doing you want me to pay $195 for $120 tire!!! And to me that is being a crook not a smart business person. . $86 is not the difference between the set of four tires it's closer to 300 and you know that!!! read more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Being a business owner myself I take customer service seriously. Entire staff was amazing! Went in for a new set of tires and break job, discovered I needed new struts. Went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right part for my yukon denali xl. Went through 4+ sets all diff brands and none would fit at which point most would have said sorry it cant be done or mickey moused there way to completing. The fact that they didnt fit was not their fault, vendors ensured it was direct fit and it wasnt. Heres the kicker: They changed my tires and breaks. and DELIVERED the truck to my house. Located the correct exact conversion part needed the following Monday, PICKED UP the truck from my house and then DROPPED it off once completed. Who does that! All while maintaining communication and keeping me informed every step of the way. Will be going back for some rear end swaps following up with my work truck. They are that good! Looked around to replace some motor/transmission mounts and couldnt find any place cheaper in the area than here. They did a great job and customer service was also excellent. They were even able to get me in and out on the same day. I was more than happy to hear that because I really needed my vehicle later on in the evening.. My new favorite place ! Everyone was so friendly I felt like family there ! They helped out my girlfriend and I both in the same day !
