The crew working at All Terrain Garage is awesome. Good communication, timely , and helpful. They installed a leveling kit , 35s , a new front bumper, and some wheel spacers on my Jeep Gladiator. Turnaround was 24 hours and I couldn't be happier. Went on trail immediately !

This is the best place to bring your off-road vehicle. From the moment you walk in you feel like you're going to be treated like family, the kind of family you actually like. You can bring your ideas to life with this shop. They can diagnose your problems others shops couldn't figure out at very reasonable prices, no corporate prices and all explained in great detail. Many customers come from hours away because they know their vehicle will be fixed right the first time. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. Keep up the great work!!

I have never seen customer service like this. Gus is a patient man. Im new to the Jeep world. Living in the mountains and experiencing that crazy blizzard I thought I should get a more capable vehicle. I got a jeep wrangler and I wanted a lift and bigger tires. I called all-terrain garage. Gus answered all my questions I had regarding the lift and tires and he said they installed items brought in. Brought my jeep in Wednesday Gus wasn't there but a technician came in and he took the car in and gave me a water for my walk to the car rental place. Gus called me and said sorry I wasn't there to receive your jeep I told him it's ok I told him I was walking to the car rental place. He asked were I was and picked me up and took me to pick up my rental. Not only am I happy with the pricing and the quality of work but to have the owner of a business pick up a customer and take them to wear they were going is out standing customer service. Gus you sir have found a life long customer and I'll tell everyone about All-Terrain Garage. Thank you again for everything.

If you own a Jeep and live anywhere near Rialto, do yourself a favor and bring it to All-Terrain Garage. Seriously, don't even bother going anywhere else. Gus is the real deal--a straight-up Jeep doctor. He actually knows these rigs inside and out, unlike some shops that just guess at problems and throw expensive parts at them. He diagnosed my issue quickly, explained exactly what was going on without any confusing mechanic jargon, and got me back on the road without trying to upcharge me on a million other things. If you want an honest shop, this is the place. Had to bring my Jeep back in a year later for a bad axle seal that was replaced here when I got my ball joint deletes installed. Gus got me in, replaced the seal, and no charge. That how you take care of customers, and that's how you make customers for life. Thanks Gus! read more

Gus at All Terrain Garage installed PSC steering in my 2017 JK. Turned out great. Very appreciative of the extra mile Gus and his team put into my Jeep. They found bad wiring in my winch from a previous vendor and corrected. Also tightened up my lower control arms and a very loose rear shock mount. He performed the extra work will maintaining my original quote. I will be going back to All Terrain Garage for my future Jeep needs. read more

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.

She is so knowledgeable and went through and broke every single service that needed to be completed down to me, so that I understood and we were able to come up with an implementation plan for completion at my pace. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and its owner. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and completed my repairs in a timely manner. She will go the extra mile to help her customers. Everyone who came into her busy shop received the same great level of care you could tell they were repeat customers. The shop is also great quality and value as far as pricing and work done. All Terrain Garage in Rialto is the place to go for top-notch Jeep work! Gus always makes sure my Jeep is in great shape, and the team never cuts corners. Recently had them install a Metalcloak 4.5" long arm kit with a rear DB3 bracket, forged Thret beadlocks, 40" Milestar Patagonia MT02s, gear replacement, and axle reinforcement, and they absolutely nailed it.
