So I have been calling around all morning for parts for my vehicle and I normally go to California auto supply in Pomona when I called them they said that they didn't have the parts but they would order them from parts Authority in San Bernardino who had the parts and my total is gonna be $114.14 And that they would be delivered to Pomona by 1:30 PM I said can I just pick them up in San Bernardino and they said yes call parts Authority in San Bernardino so I did and for some reason they were trying to charge me $20 more for the same exact parts and they would not have to drive it to Pomona And I said why are you charging me more than they are and they're buying the parts from you the same exact parts the guy was like I don't know who that is but these are our prices. Very rude. Maybe learn some customer service skills. Of course I called back California auto supply in Pomona who I guess was acquired by parts Authority this year hopefully they can learn some better customer service skills read more

Their packages came to my house instead of to their desired destination, call their New York office the next day they had everything picked up and rewarded me with a lot of hats and gifts. I thought they were pretty cool considering. read more

The company as whole is a little meh. But ALL the original in house reps are amazing. T, L, even tho S is a little mean she does her job to the fullest. They truly are the heart and soul of this corporate giant. Not gonna put her name on blast but E is the best. Always goes way above and beyond to help me out with all my odd requests. Do not waste your time here. I came in for windshield wipers ($3 more expensive for the cheapest!), finally got them after a 45 minute wait, only for them not to fit my vehicle. 15 minutes of trying to force them on, I've now been there 1 hour and left without wipers. I can't imagine if I'd needed a more intricate part for my car and after having to take my car apart to put it on then find out it didn't fit or was the wrong part- To add to the frustration, traffic had worsened dramatically and it added an hour on top of my commute. Just a terrible experience- do not bother coming here. I wish I'd gone to pep boys or literally anywhere else. read more

I the service with the will call was good but the gal charging me had no customer service. I said hello and thank you and no response. As if I wasn't even there. She was the thinner gal with a middle nose piercing and tattoos on her arm. To me that goes a long way. You got to talat every customer as a new customer and for being s new customer coming here. The only reason they get 2 stars is for the wonderful gentleman that took my call and helped me w8th Spark Plugs and Wites for my car. I walked in, the warehouse is swarming with employees, packing and loading. At the right of me as i entered is a woman behind a computer tip tapping away. Looks up, doesn't say anything, I smile. In front of me is a young man on the phone, tapping on the keyboard, he was on this call for at least the 10 minutes((the time i stood there)). Crappy service! Ordered clutch kit and was provided with Fedex Ground tracking #. For next 3days, Fedex tracking shows "label created". I called Fedex to find out where the package was but they said the shipper didn't actually ship the package out. Called back to parts authority but a guy there didn't know where the package was and muted phone for about 30 sec then simply hung up. What a bastard and crappy way of communication he had. Gotta wait till tomorrow and claim for lost package to my credit card. Big Headache with them. read more

I placed an order from this company through amazon. I cancelled my order within an hour because I wouldn't receive it in time due to delayed shipping because of Covid. I get an email the next day from Loriana C saying they shipped my order before they could cancel it. Didn't make sense to me since I canceled within an hour but ok. She said to refuse the package when I receive it. I let her know that I cannot refuse it since the packages are just left on my doorstep. She said no problem we'll send you a return label and you can just send it back. Ok that works for me. I shit back and notice they only credit me half of my money back from a $60 order. I email them and she said it was due to a restocking fee and return label. I asked her to review our email convos and see that non of this was ever brought up to me. If I had known I would only get half of my money back I would've just kept the items as a spare backup. Plus I could've shipped it back for cheaper than what they charged me for a label. Anyway she emailed me back and said they don't see any wrong on their part even though I wasn't informed about these fees and the fact that I had cancelled within an hour but they still shipped it. This place is for the person that knows what they are looking for. The mechanic with some experience or a person that knows what part they need. They just punch it in there computer and pull the parts to the counter and your on your way. When you need a part and nobody else has it, give them a call. Don't come to them and ask to go outside to look at your car and ask them what I need. They just know how to punch it in there computer and bring it to you. There prices are ok.
