I had an issue with my car after hours and was intially relieved that this Walmart was open until 7. It took a little bit for someone to notice I was there but he was really friendly and helped me out with a free diagnosis. The first tester he used was broken so it took a little longer for him to find another tester that was working. He told me he couldn't find anything wrong with my battery at all so I was good to go, but if anything happened again they had the parts and installation would be free if it was purchased from Walmart. It was reassuring at the time, but unfortunately somehow despite the good reading, my battery failed again, so I came back the next day. The guy from the previous day was there but busy with another customer. There was a bit of a wait but eventually another worker came to help me out. I explained the situation and after about 30 minutes of looking up random stuff he told me, sorry, but we don't actually have the part in stock. I wish the first guy had told me that, as I wasted maybe an hour to two hours total coming here and waiting around on both the days. I appreciate the friendly staff but between the malfunctioning equipment and misinformation, I wouldn't necessarily recommend coming here as your first choice for repairs. read more

Unfortunately no longer a good place to have your tires changed. Manager mee a s somw customer service skills and not to argue with employees so loud that customers can hear it. Long wait, veey slow. This used to be a good place to get your tires changed, now with poor Management I would star far away from this place as you can. I say at least double the time they give you as an expected completion time. The manager needs to quit arguing with employees and help, maybe things would go faster. read more

It was the first time having my Jeep Wrangler serviced here. They rotated my tires, changed cabin air filter and performed an oil change. I was a walk-in, but they do take appointments. Arrived around 8:30am and my car was ready around 12:30pm. I expected a wait since it's Saturday, and I was having multiples services on my car. Renee did my vehicle intake, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. A technician came out as well to chat with me and assisted with the locks on my hood. I didn't catch his name, but he was great. Tammi checked me out and provided an overview of the vehicle services performed and future recommendations. This place is the absolute worst, always understaffed. Got there at 7:10am hoping to purchase a tire and get it put on my car. I was told they were short staffed and I was told the wait would be an hour and a half. Why?? There was only one car in front of me. I couldn't wait that long because I had to be at work. Always receive great service by Auto Center. In and out in a timely manor. Thank you to all in the auto department except for that one female who can't drive. They would have helped me if I was a man. I need a new battery for my car. I can't start it without being jump started by another car. The employee let the truck in front of me go (the giant I'm-compensating-for-something kind of truck, driven by a male) and told me to come back tomorrow. I'm the last car in line. I told him I can't turn my car off because it won't start again and that didn't matter. So now I'm out of luck. I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this as I decide what to do next. WORST SERVICE EVER! Came in to get a simple easy oil change (a 15min service) since it's down the street from my job but never thought it would take more than 2hrs and a half for a simple oil change. I literally sat here 30 minutes. After 20 minutes some one comes out tells me to move my car but doesn't come back. I have patience I don't mind waiting but the fact that their service representatives provided no service is what upset me the most. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I had my vehicle serviced there and when I returned they told me they don't know what occurred to my key. I waited 2 hours afterwards waiting for them to review surveillance. During that time they accused me of having the key. My wife had to find a spare key and drive it over. The manager assured me they would take care of it. I would call them and they would not return my calls. I had to eventually sue Walmart in small claims court. read more

Even though I saw the low ratings, I assumed I would be fine since all I needed was air for my tires (tire sensor/ light turned on) and I was near by. So, i called to make sure they were open and could put air in my tires. The receptionist said it should be fine since it's a simple request. I get there at 6:20pm and the guy says they're closed for the day (even though the sign says they close at 7pm) and suggested I return at 7am tomorrow... DO NOT take your car here!!!! I went in because my battery warrtenty with Walmart expires this year. My car was starting up perfectly fine and no check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic test and my battery was at 515 and it was suppose to be at 700 they offered to charge it for free and if I want to replace my battery it will be $100. I decided to have them just charge it. 2 hours later I pick up my car, it is having trouble starting and the check engine light is on!!! The guy that installed my battery was laughing while I was telling him my check engine light was on and it wasn't like this when I dropped my vehicle off. I told him to get his manager, Anthony came saying there is something wrong with my car now and I need to fix it. Anthony was so rude, disrespectful and it is supposed to be a "manager." I called corporate Walmart and another Walmart service area replaced my battery and fixed the oil line tube that the stupid guy cut on a accident!!! read more
