I don't pay too much attention to those anyways but I had such a pleasant experience. Both the people at the front desk were very kind and got me in quickly since it was a quiet night. Then both the nurse and the physician were SO kinda and had wonderful patient manners. They couldn't do much for my situation but ruled out more serious issues and still gave my some suggestions to help. For that I was thankful and would absolutely recommend them for your urgent care needs.

The physical therapists are all great and kind, but the staff on the urgent care side are the…read moreworst. They will leave you in a room for up to an hour without checking on you and in my case forget I was in there. No apologies either when I told multiple staff members that I had been waiting for discharge papers. Very unprofessional doesn't feel like a real clinic.

Had a disturbing call with a rude, argumentative & unhelpful person named Lily…read more Called in to get prices & book for blood draw needing a total of 6 tubes drawn which would take 15-30 minutes. Was quoted nearly $700. This office doesn't answer their own calls. They instead transfer calls to a lousy call center which is why mine was answered by Lily. Lily quoted me nearly $700 for about 6 tubes of blood because I have a total of 5 at-home blood test kits. They want $115 per kit. However if I had just 1 kit that required 6 tubes then price would be $115. These are prices just for blood draw. I made it clear I would be shipping the kits myself. This price quote was so ridiculous and unfair that I politely asked Lily to transfer the call to the office or put me on hold and speak to them herself to get a final price. I asked for this 3 times during the call. She refused. Upset, offended and frustrated I let Lily know $700 for a 15-30 min blood draw was outrageous, unfair and expensive and that I would leave a review about it thinking maybe then she'd offer to double check directly with the office. I was wrong. Lily instead got sassier. She couldn't care less that her attitude, refusal to contact the office or offer a more reasonable price was about to get WellnessMart a negative review. Shame on this facility for failing to speak directly to potential customers to offer clear and honest pricing and allowing such nasty behavior. That is in addition to quoting nearly $700 for a blood draw that would take 15-30 minutes. Unhelpful team, poor care quality and overall a very shady experience.

The results came back quickly and we were able to move on with the project. The mold remediation company was going to charge me over $350 to test for asbestos when HM Pitt did it for way way less. All I had to do was bring over a 1in x 1in square. Would definitely use again.

I am sad that Melissa will be transferred to another lab because I have "rolling" veins and she got the needle in without discomfort for the 2 tests my doctor requested via computer. Not to mention, the receptionist is so friendly and efficient on the check-in process. There is handicapped parking as well as as street level parking along with an elevator. Since I am currently using a wheelchair, all options are appreciated.
