These folks are very nice! We have gone in quite a few times, so my review is based on multiple experiences. I have never experienced anything less than the utmost professionalism. I read the review by the person who brought in a jersey and the employees attitude about it... I (think I ) know who that employee is and I think that review is a little harsh. I'd blame an off day or a bad interaction, but that experience is certainly not the norm. We've purchased a complete uniform for a youth player (and it was less than $30). We have had 5 different jerseys custom printed with name and number while we waited($12). One of the Adidas jerseys I purchased was $45, which was a bit expensive for it's intended purpose (end of the year kickball game at school) but very reasonable for the shirt itself. They marked it down 50%-just to be nice! We walked out paying $32 for the Jersey, name, number and a pair of socks. We've purchased 3 pair of shoes (for less than the Amazon price). They have a great selection of International team jerseys, goalie gloves, shin guards and other soccer gear. This is our one stop soccer shop! I certainly don't expect to pay less than Amazon prices (we frequently do). There is certainly value in being able to fit an outfit or shoe, get a jersey printed while you wait or buy your favorite team jersey off the rack. We have been to all the stores in the area, multiple times- this is my favorite shop around-price, variety and certainly customer service! Give them a go, you won't be disappointed. read more

My daughter and I walked in to purchase $300 cleats and new shin guards. We got a "hello..." Then we stood at the cleats for a solid 10 minutes while the staff (I saw three for sure) stood and watched France and Egypt on tv. My daughter asked who appeared to be the manager (male, gray hair) if anyone actually worked here and his response was "we SAID hello." We left. No surprised this place has only three stars. I just walked out after getting horrible "service" by a staff that was more interested in watching a game in tv than selling something. I asked to have my son's shoe size measured, and the guy stood there looking at me like he was in a trance. I ended up having to do it myself. I've been looking for a simple soccer jersey/shirt for my husband (mind you he's not playing in the leagues) so wanted something not too pricey. Came in to get some jerseys customized, and the attendant could not have been worse. First, I had to get her attention because she was too busy screwing around on her phone to notice a customer was there. When I showed her the jerseys I needed done, she complained that they are so hard to work with and it takes her extra time because of the material. She then repeatedly made comments about the smell of the jersey, which is weird since it was worn once and freshly laundered. Everything about her screamed she didn't want to be there and she didn't want to do her job, so I asked for the jerseys back and tried to leave. She held them back and offered to do the job for free. At this point, she was so rude and unpleasant that I turned her down- yes, I turned down two free customization jobs because she was the miserable to interact with. It's a shame- it looks like a cool shop and they look like they have tons of gear, but after that experience, I don't see myself going back. read more

Customer services in the shoe department was HORRIBLE!! I walk in to get a pair of shoes for a soccer team that I just joined and was completely ignored by one guy with a blond beard and a guy with short black hair...when I say ignored I mean seriously ignored. Please be aware of the online ordering that can take very long. The store has an outlet with jerseys and cleats way under original price. The manager won't match the price match. He lost a sale and I walked out with extra $100 in my pocket. The cleats were on sale and in stock on the website with plenty of inventory for sizes. Arguably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Took my son there to by soccer shoes. They wouldn't measure his feet just told me to look in his current shoes. Then when I asked for recommendations they just pointed to the wall with kids shoes. I'm surprised he didn't ask me to go in the back and get the shoes myself. We needed cleats, shin guards, and shorts. No one seemed to be willing to help us with anything despite the fact we were the only customers in the store. All 4 employees were too busy playing on their phones. I do my best to support local businesses but I won't be back. The internet just earned my business on this one. read more

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in finding sizing for my younger kids. They have a good selection of shoes and socks for your little soccer player. They have a great selection of shoe sizes on hand, so when you need shoes 30 minutes before the game, they have you covered. I like them and very happy they are close to my house. read more

We ordered sweat suits at both Soccer corner in Arlington and Plano and this was the result. The press mark/square from pressing the upper logo should not be there and looks horrible. We are paying hundreds of dollars to get sweat suits with obvious press marks. Guys were rude and did not try to make it right at either location. We had a bad experience in Arlington therefore we tried the Plano location and i asked that they call me after pressing one sweat suit to see if it looked the same but i was not called and all of them are ruined. Arsenal sweat top has been washed numerous times trying to erase the press mark as advised by them but that has not worked. Sweat suits took over a month and this was the result. Awful. read more

Saturday November 12, 2016 was the first time I had visited Soccer Corner in Plano. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of their products. The most touching prospective of my visit was the person at the register. While checking out I requested a military discount and she referred to Friday being Veteran's day and eagerly offered their discount and very kindly thanked me for my 24 years of service. The next step was more memorable to me because my daughter (8yr) wanted a "Hacky sack" the lady gave it to her for free for my service to our country. this is a neat store, but we won't be ordering team uniforms here again. Our order was 4 weeks late and delivered wrong multiple times. it was also a constant nightmare trying to call these guys. I always had to come in to check on the status cause I could never talk to someone on the phone.. I even waited an hour one time. If you are ordering uniforms for a team, I would go elsewhere! They do not deliver on time commitments, they do not communicate or provide updates and now we are 25% of the way through the season with 40% of our team without their full uniform. It has taken 7 weeks and we still don't have everything. I was somewhat leery based on earlier reviews and I assure you, that Soccer Corner does not care about service! Adult staff is rude and unhelpful, borderline arrogant, the young staffers are nice but don't seem to have much authority. Seems to only be interested in serving club and select teams. Lots to choose from at ok prices, but has the arrogance of a monopoly. Will go to a closer, more helpful competitor.
