Love coming here. They have great reward program if you shop here often and save even more on items…read morethat are on sale. The store is usually not as busy. Love it when I'm the only one that the associates have to focus on. :) The store is neatly organized. A lot of shoe sizes available that fits your needs. There's shoe sales on clearance too on the very back of the restaurant. Famous Footwear is an amazing store, can guarantee that and have an awesome quality shoes compared to Payless, Walmart, or Marshalls next door.

It's easy to see that he loves the products they sell. I took my daughter in to get her first pair of Airs (Air Jordan's). Everyone was a great and greeted us with a smile. She had one pair already picked out but I lucked out and she selected another pair that were substantially cheaper. The place isn't huge but if you're in the area and you have kids that need to try on the shoes for sizing I definitely recommend this location inside the Yuba Sutter Mall. Of course if you need shoes not offered in the store they'll place an online order for you. My highest recommendation!

I purchase it with my original size that I get ( 7 1/4) it took about an hour or so you finish my hat but when I put it on the hat was way too small. Within 5 minutes of picking it up I called sales associate "Ben" to see if they can exchange it because I was told that it would be the same size but it's two sizes smaller that usual because of material they used. The rep "Ben" stated that he called his store manager "Corina" and she said they wouldn't exchange it or work with me on fixing the issue at all. I'm pretty much s*** out of luck come again next year. The rep "Ben" stated that he was just the messenger and his manager said "NO." Lids has now lost an avid 49ers fan that will make sure to let everybody know of this bad experience that was given too me this day.

The frustrating part is that nothing seemed to happen until I called to ask about it. I had to reach out just to find out if it had even been shipped. When I called, I was told it would be sent out that same day as soon as I got off the phone. That didn't happen. Then two days later, they called me and said they would send it out "that day" again. At that point, it just felt like I was being told whatever I wanted to hear rather than getting honest updates. Overall, really poor communication and follow-through. If you're looking to buy a firearm or deal with repairs, I'd honestly recommend going somewhere else. Turners Outdoorsman would probably be a better option.

I got onto their website looking for a specific running shoe. They had it in stock but not my size ! I got some extra tennis shoes as I walk and run alot. They were not familiar with the coupon you get when you sign up so luckily I had it for even a deeper discount! Good selection and friendly service. Great store for the Yuba City area. I got myself a cool A's hat with an upside down logo. My lady thought it looked silly but it appealed to me lol. Store workers are friendly here. Store is clean and they even have a fitting room. Mall isn't huge but it fits the needs of the community and this store is a great addition to it.
