They carry new merchandise in brand names like Life Fitness, Hoist, Bodycraft, and Lemond. I just named a few brands, they have a bunch more. If you don't see the equipment in the shop, ask them because possibly they have it in the stockroom in the back or can order it. The staff realize that it is a major purchase and don't pressure folks. They actually encourage folks to test out the equipment. Even though hubs and I have been customers for over 15 years, we tend to take our time making a decision and go back to the shop often to look and test equipment. Often times we don't make a purchase. With that said, each time back, we are greeted and welcomed. No awkwardness. The prices are competitive due the brands. Customer service is outstanding.

I would not recommend Srvcor based on my experience. ProForm sent this company to perform annual…read moremaintenance on my elliptical. They scheduled a technician to arrive in May between 8am and 12pm. I stayed home the entire morning, but no one showed up. When I called Srvcor at 12:30, they told me the window had been changed to 12 to 4pm and that a different technician would come. No one notified me of this change, so I had to stay home and delay my errands. The technician finally arrived around 4:30pm. He did call around 3pm to say he was running late, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he looked at the machine, took pictures and tried it out for a couple of minutes. While talking, he mentioned that he was actually an appliance technician. The fitness technician who was supposed to come in the morning was servicing the Tahoe area instead. After only a few minutes of testing, he said that was the annual maintenance. Overall, the lack of communication, missed appointment window and sending an appliance technician for fitness equipment maintenance made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Yoga body stand it' OK but it's 10 feet tall so I had to put it outside on my back lawn. The Omni Stand is 8 1/2 feet tall, so I put it in my bedroom. I've used multiple trapezes. The Superior design of the Omni stand itself gives you an unlimited number of movements, forms and poses. Absolutely incredulous mobility! You can even parkour if that's your thing. Video gamers will know what I mean. I've only had it for one night but already I can see that it is so comfortable and it's so functional. I can literally sleep on it if I wanted too. The Omni Gym Pro Works offers So many gadgets. A head rest, A pillow for when you're near the floor, padded feet cushions to stand on. Another stretch hammock, butterfly straps, ab cushions, Even some other stuff I haven't even tried yet. Instruction postcards are also included. I really like the head cushion for when I'm lying on my back suspended in midair. I couldn't put it together myself because I foolishly took out all the pieces and got them mixed up. It's all numbered so it's easy to put together if you follow absolute instruction. I had to call my good friend Paul Dassonville, to assemble it for me. He had no trouble doing it. Only thing , the base was a bit tall but I added carabiners for length . I already had several spinning pieces and cabebeners so it was no big deal. I got the 8 1/2 foot stand. When I work my way up physically, I'll be able to remove the carabiners .Other than that everything else is an absolute dream! In fact I'm ordering some more stuff just so I have extras. Although it might seem like it would be an intense and intimidating place, the manager Dylon put us at ease (including on the phone). He's a very nice and helpful guy. And as soon as I picked up some of their equipment, it was a reminder that some things are just way easier and better to check out and buy in person, even if you might pay a few bucks more. While it can be helpful to read about a product online, it's obviously a whole different (better) experience to actually hold it in your hand, especially something like weightlifting equipment and with the help of someone as helpful and knowledgeable Dylon to answer your questions in real time.

He quoted me around the same price as other assembly services in the area but was the only one with good reviews. This machine has lots of pulleys and other stuff that I knew I would mess up if I tried to put it together myself. The manufacturer says it'll take two people about 5-6 hours to put together. He did it in around 3 hours by himself and it was assembled perfectly. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. He even cleaned up after, there were lots of boxes and trash from all the stuff. I've been using the machine a lot since he installed it and everything is working perfectly, he clearly installed it correctly. I was worried I'd hire some random assembly company that contracts out some random guy that day and they would mess it up. It would be a huge hassle to try to get it fixed. It's much better to hire someone who knows what they're doing and not have to get things fixed later. And it was the same price anyways to hire David. Actually a little bit cheaper. From what I could research he's the best person in the area to assemble gym equipment and he did a fantastic job at a good price. So I'd definitely recommend just going with him. However, make sure you plan it out, his earliest day available was like 3 weeks after it was delivered. But I didn't call and ask until a few days after it was delivered.
