    Van's is a great store. I've been doing business with these guys since I was a kid, back when they were also a skateboard shop. Everyone in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are the same as any other dealers or Amazon for that matter. My wife and I bought two mountain bikes a few months ago and couldn't be more happy with the purchase. Van's has stood the test of time. You don't stay in business in YC this long if you run a crappy shop. Save your time and gas, shop here.

    Beautiful day biking in the Buttes

    I bought my first road bike from Vans in October 2020. Glenn helped me pick out the bike which was actually a used older steel bike. I have been riding it 5-6 days per week and I am closing in on 7000 miles for the year. Thanks to Glenn and all the friendly staff at Vans for all the great service and advice to help keep my bike up and running.

    The worst experience. Waited to post this review so I could state the facts and remove the emotion…read morefrom it. Strongly recommend going anywhere but here until they make some changes. 1. I inquired online for the pro xp 4-seater by clicking the link for this specific vehicle. 2. The sales rep texted me and confirmed the vehicle was available. 3. I offered to take off their hand for $18500 and they said the best they could do was $18.999. The online price is $19,999 and agreed to $18,999. 4. Told them to lock it up and that we would be there Saturday morning to pick it up. I completed a credit app and they said the vehicle would be ready to go. 5. Saturday morning I drive 1.5 hours to pick it up. When I arrived they said my vehicle was ready and the vehicle they pointed to was a two seater. I said I'm purchasing the 4-seater. Saxon said let me check where it is. In the meantime I look around and I can't find the vehicle that was online. I soon learn it is tucked in the back. 6. Saxon (he said he was the manager) said that the quote was always for the two seater. I showed him the texts and said it was never for the two-seater and he said my text said two seater. It did not - and he refused to listen even though the text didn't say anything to support him. 7. I of course was very upset to drive 1.5 hours for a deal that was a bait and switch and clearly a failure on their part. He asked what could we (meaning work and play do) and I said provide me the deal I agreed to. He said the 4-seater was $3k more. Crazy because online they advertise it for $19,999. Either he doesn't know his online pricing, his online pricing is a lie, or this is the way they do business. 8. So he said he would work on trying to honor the deal and make it right. After he walked away I literally couldn't stomach giving any business that operates this way - whether by mistake or on purpose my money. It was crazy because it was like it was my fault they were incompetent or got caught lying. Also he never apologized and wanted to argue with me when he didn't have "receipts" which I did. 9. Since I was so frustrated by this experience and he was incapable of handling the situation I let him know regardless if they honored the deal I couldn't support the purchase and feel right. So I left and bought the same vehicle that same day from another retailer who after hearing my experience honored the price and even shipped it to my house. It wasn't their problem, their deal, but they saw a customer who just wanted to buy the vehicle at an agreed upon price. It's that easy.

Services have always been done well and sales staff is super friendly, and usually a pretty good selection.

Best damn overall experience ever with buying any type of new vehicle. The entire staff is nothing short of amazing and genuinely friendly. Best pricing on new bikes, best trade in pricing, first class customer service and willingness to make you feel like a VIP customer from start to finish and even after the sale. This dealership is over 2 hours away from me and there's at least 7 or 8 other Harley dealerships in the same radius but Court Adams ( the YC HD manager ) worked hard to earn my business. What was amazing about him was that he never felt too pushy or salesy. He was genuinely just trying to help regardless of whether I went with a new or used bike, traded in my old SG or just sold mine and bought another one somewhere else. I ended up trading in my 22' SG which I also bought brand new 4 years ago but didn't get anywhere near as awesome of an overall experience as I did with YC HD. I went with a brand new 26' RG which I'm in love with. I could easily go on about at least 10 other things that Court and his team did to earn me as a new customer for life but I'm trying to multi task as I'm writing this so I'll let you experience the YC HD / Disneyland experience for yourself if you're smart enough to go with these guys as well. I'm so happy I took a chance on them. I hope you do too. Thank you Court, Adam, Larry, Cody and the entire rest of the YC HD team. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Ryan was extremely easy to work with, great quick communication via text and phone, no attitude and happy to explain things, and always got my approval with cost unlike others who sometimes take initiative that is not always desired. Even coordinated to drop my bike off at my work during my lunch break so I could ride it that evening. Cost is always a question, but prices were more than fair considering how much work I had done to my mountain bike, basically a complete overhaul including rebuilding both front/rear shock... and the high quality parts he upgraded me to for minimal change in cost rather than just sticking with the basic stock replacements was a really nice bonus. Bike rode better than I can ever remember. After talking to Ryan it is clear he has been doing this for awhile and really knows his stuff in both road and mountain realms. I have complete confidence in him and will be happy to use again. He also does wheel builds, but I was already set on that with my i9's. Thanks Ryan!

    I bought a set of wheels on ebay, Reynolds Assault Limited, with powertap g3 hubs for my Campy…read moreequipped Dogma. They were great until I broke a spoke, and another, and then a third in 6 months. With a double century around the corner, I didn't want to take any risks, so I brought my wheels to Ryan. After checking with the manufacturer, he determined that Powertap built the wheels not Reynolds, and that they used pillar spokes that were too short. I had Ryan relace the wheels with new spokes and internal nipples. I went with his recommendation of brass nipples and sapim cx-ray spokes. When I received the wheels back, they were flawlessly clean, and my cassette was like new. He also included extra spokes and a one year warranty, just in case something went wrong in the future. I wanted to wait until after riding the wheels a while before I reviewed his work. Well I've ridden them, and as Ron Burgundy would say, "top notch." I have put well over 1000 miles on the wheels, on all sorts of sketchy roads, including 3 double centuries, and they have performed flawlessly. I'm a bunny hopping, gravel seeking, dirty, dirty roadie, and I'm not a teeny dude, and these wheels have stood up to everything I have thrown at them. In addition to my own experience, Ryan has repaired a few of my clubmates bikes, and everyone has been impressed with his work. One mentioned that his di2 bike shifted better than new after Ryan had tuned it up. I highly recommend Ryan Mason to anyone who really loves their bike. He is clearly passionate about his work and a real craftsman when it comes to building fast and reliable wheels. Thanks Ryan.

I had some questions and he answered everyone straight and didn't give me any balogne. I drove two hours to get grade A service and I got exactly that. He really knows his stuff and really went the extra mile to make me a happy and fast customer. Will definitely drive two hours again to have Billy work on my Victory again foresure. He was quick to see a problem with one of the parts and went above and beyond the call of duty to remedy the problem. After his fix it pulled two more rear wheel h.p. on his dyno.     This is the place to take your bike if you are looking for an individual that is customer service…read moreoriented, honest, and knowledgable. What led me to Billy's shop? Recommendations from others of course, and a problem with my bike. Let me set it up for you. Sunday-Riding to Tracy for a stunt show, about ten miles out of Tracy my handlebars fell over to the left, and my bike felt as though the handlebars were locked. Comparable to driving a car with power steering and the power steering fails in the midst of your Sunday drive. Neeldess to say, after all of the issues I had with the front end of the bike as a result of Riverfront repairing the bike incorrectly I pulled off the interstate, and had somebody else ride my bike home for me...I rode theirs. The person that rode my bike agreed..."Wow. It took all of my muscle to get your bike around corners. Something is wrong." I took Monday off, and rode the bike over to Billy's shop. Not only did he ride it twice, but he did a ton of adjustments to include tightening a couple of loose parts that were not tightened during the previous repair, calibrating the rear tire, etc. This took a little over two hours, and he didn't charge me! He also offered to throw my bike on his dyno when I brought it back for free! He was busy, so he couldn't tear the front end down, but I am bringing it back to him next week to do some further investigative work on why the steering is so tight now. (I can ride it, just different and difficult). The atmosphere is great! Small shop, good people, good conversation. His father was there, and he was very personable, and knowledgeable. Loves to talk, and I loved listening to what he had to say. I will recommend this shop to everybody!
