The staff was incredibly helpful, allowed me to ask all the questions I needed and also gave advice on certain elements to make the event more the vibe I was going for which was Formal. We ended up renting 6 suits from this company and they turned out amazing. The entire rental comes with everything you need for that day including socks and cuff links. The pick up process was extremely easy as well, just walk in and there is a bag with your name attached ready for you whenever you there. I also don't know if this is common knowledge but there is a deal if you purchase enough rentals one becomes free ! The total ended up being very reasonable with the purchase of 5 suits, it was less then what you would get anywhere else and we tried different places before we settled on Tuxedo Den. Granted, she doing her job and well by promoting the credit program, but listening to a customer is also very important!

I said, I know that. And so did she because obviously they were purchased over four months ago, and because they were torn is the reason we are exchanging them. She spoke to me like I was bothering her personally--not like a paying customer in a store. I didn't even argue back because the disrespect was so blatant, I felt humiliated. What's worse is that I'm not the only one. I've now seen multiple reviews complaining about this same employee's rude behavior. So why is nothing being done? Where is the management?
