Lastly, I gave them a $40 personal check for additional snacks, later to find out they didn't receive them bc they weren't on the list. Never, Ever will I let my kids suffer through that again. They have forced me to sign an agreement which is a breech of law to supervise my child. they do not wish to work with me to resolve the issue, instead they are trying to switch responsibility to me the parent and have stated several times to me that there facility is not safe for my 2 year old child who has been attending there since he was 3 months old. As I mentioned, we came here for my son's classmates birthday. Everyone had a great time! Since it was a party, it was fairly structured. We got there, as soon as people showed up, we went into the gym area. Kids had a great time running around in between structured activities. They loved slam the cheese, where they run into a triangular gym mat that they run into, top over, and it slams into the ground. They also had assisted summersaults, balance beams, and other gymnastics items. That is the extent that I know things lol! There were several other organized activities, the brought out 3 barrels of various balls and 5 hoops and let the kids go for it. They had this mat that blew up and that they jumped on, then used as an ever increasing obstacle course. Afterwards they did this bubble show where they had all the kids follow the bubbles to the party room where we proceeded to have some pizza and dessert. All in all my son had a great time! Staff was pretty friendly. I wish they had more direction and invited the parents in rather than having us stand at the window and everyone gradually going inside. It was awkward having us stand around inside while they were playing.... Other than that. Great place for super hyper active kids! Great place for a birthday!

We were initially fairly happy with lessons at Kids First. Our son made decent progress (despite some issues with constantly changing teachers and repetitive classes that don't focus on individual needs). There were a few times we thought about canceling, but he enjoyed swimming so much that we continued. When we eventually spoke to the manager about suspending/canceling our account in June 2024 because we were going away, she happily agreed citing 30 days notice and that she would process it for us on the spot. This is where our issues started. Unfortunately we trusted her word and having had lessons there for around 10 months, we had no reason not to. We have since found out that even though we haven't attended any lessons since July 15th (no one contacted us concerning the lack of attendance) they have continued to charge us. Not only is the lack of contact alarming, it clearly shows how little they actually care about the children. For almost 4 months they happily processed our payments without ever once wondering where our child was. So now, because we trusted the manager who either forgot (unlikely because we were stood right there as she said she was processing it), or decided she could get away with overcharging us, we are out hundreds of dollars. We will be opening a formal dispute with the CC company, but I wish Kids First would have just done the right thing. They have offered a credit towards family swims or future classes, but we aren't thrilled at the prospect of having to do business with them or trusting them with our child in any way after this experience. Unfortunately since this happened, I have looked closer at some of their negative reviews and can see that this isn't an isolated incident. Such a shame, because some of the staff and teachers were great. Just terrible business practices.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The kids started with some light stretching and parachute play. The staff then led the different groups through well thought out obstacle courses. They offer birthday party options, field trips as well as classes. Definitely a good option if you are looking for gymnastic classes!
