The food and drinks were standard stadium pricing and the bathrooms were clean. It wasn't too difficult to get into the stadium and the lines moved quickly. Parking in the garage was a headache. It took us around 45 minutes to get out so I'd recommend finding another way to get to the stadium (like using public transport). Finally, the views from inside the stadium were so gorgeous. That alone made the experience super worth coming back for!

Rebecca Hardee stopped responding to me when inquiring when she will refund me my money. My card expired so the refund couldn't be made electronically back in Fall 2024. She said she was investigating other means but she ignored all my follow-ups. After reaching out several times inquiring about this coming season, Matt Cucciarre (from Ohio) informed me that their regional office I live in were purchased by Steel City Rec. He is your only saving grace and by far your best employee. I was never informed of this change and it took me emailing and calling him individually to get an answer. Signed up for the Tuesday night basketball league as an individual just to find out there were 3 people assigned to my team. So we didn't even have enough people play. No scorekeepers and the ref was keeping score on his cellphone complaining about unorganized this was. We had to borrow a player from someone's else's team and the ref decided to play so it was pretty much pickup basketball. About 2 other teams didn't have complete teams as well and had to pick up players from teams who already played. So I call them the next day. Talked to a guy by the name of Kyle hair. He said he was sorry about everything it would be corrected the following week and I had a full team he's not sure why people didn't show up. I asked him to give me my roster so he emailed me the roster. I ended up calling the people on my roster and 3 of them didn't even know they were on a team. One signed up for coed league and got his money refunded because the coed league couldn't start up. So it looks like Kyle lied and just assigned random people from past leagues on my team...... ok great. I call them back of course now they won't answer the phone anymore. I ended up talking these guys on my roster into playing Tuesday just to show up to the next game and there are no refs. A compete no call no show. What a joke!!! Now I want my money refunded because there is obviously no basketball league. I've been calling them no answer no one is returning my phone calls or emails. It's a big scam. Save your time and money. *UPDATE* They send out an email saying how they are sorry about the referees not showing up. They plan to correct this. I know a way they can correct this... GIVE US BACK OUR DANG MONEY. I already wasted 2 weeks of my time with their half ass work. They fail to even mention anything about addressing issues with teams not even having complete rosters. Even if the refs show up guess what Sports Monster... 3 teams don't have enough people to play unless we borrow from other teams again. They still do not answer or return phone calls. Even after a no call no show... people drive 30+ minutes away to make the game for no one to show up and we can't even get a call with an apology or our calls returned. Like I said from the beginning... this company is a straight up SCAM. I play basketball all around Pittsburgh and I will be telling everyone I see to stay the heck away from Sports monster.

You get gorgeous views of Pittsburgh and beautiful fireworks for home runs and wins. We have been there for games and lots of concerts. Any seat in the house is a good seat for either type of event. The big screen is huge and the sound is fantastic. It's also easy to get to the top with escalators and elevators. There are also great concessions throughout all the park whether you want food or beer. They have concessions on all levels with American and local specialties. The people who work there are very nice, helpful and accommodating.

The line to get in was definitely long, but once we made it through security, it was such a nice surprise that everyone received a bobblehead. That was a huge improvement compared to the Pittsburgh Pirates Mac Miller bobblehead night, where I didn't receive one even with club tickets. The seats in Section 332 were great--easy to access and offered a really good view of the game. Even with the rain delay, the park handled things pretty well overall. The only downside was the ground level area, which got very crowded and a bit difficult to move through, but that's to be expected with weather delays and big crowds. I usually make it to a game about once a week during the summer, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Always a fun time at the ballpark!

There's a gymnastics facility, a hockey equipment store on site, and two rinks for double the fun! The snack bar offers everything from pizza to pretzels, not gourmet, and it's cash-only. Recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting Acrisure Stadium during the NFL Draft, and what an…read moreunforgettable experience. Being inside the stadium where so many big moments happen was already special, but getting to watch the draft from there made it next level. This was my first time inside, and while I still need to come back for a Pittsburgh Steelers game someday, this was an incredible introduction. We were able to sit directly on the field, which felt surreal. Kicking back in the end zone with a local beer in hand while the picks rolled in was one of the coolest sports experiences I've ever had. They also had a Topps trading card tent on the field, and my brother-in-law and I couldn't pass up the chance to rip packs right there on the turf. The stadium itself is beautiful, the atmosphere was electric, and the whole place was packed with energy once the picks started coming in. Decked out in black and yellow, I felt like an honorary yinzer for the day. Truly a bucket-list moment and a memory I'll never forget. If you ever get the chance to experience an event here, take it. Absolute blast.
