Some people will tell you the good things in how they are trying to make things more beneficial to you. The other side will tell you be leery and be extremely cautious in what to look for and where things will or probably could go wrong. Life insurance isn't too different from most of the aforementioned categories. When I get to work with a sales person or producing agent in person. I'm not so much mindful of which brand or company they are working for. But I'm more peculiar in how they address the stated customer needs and how transparent are they with how preiumins and payments also affect both parties. When or if something's sets a off an alarm in my mind because an agent is being evasive or not so forthcoming about risks and rewards on a product... That agent to me becomes the equivalent of watching news being distributed by the Fox network....well that and I then look at you like how a person with Leprosy was treated during the time of Christ.. Working with Denise on the first Policy for myself was actually more like reading news off of BBCs network. She was calm enough to tolerate my talkativeness and still was able to concisely and coherently explain what risks and financial management steps I would need to be aware of if I were to pick between a whole life policy or a universal life policy... Especially the one where you put your complete faith in the market.. where it gains as u gains ..but when it falls flat on its back... So do you.. For those of us who are had some experience as an agent or customer looking to add a 2nd policy or replace one that didn't work out the way we were told ...even for those who were completely mislead by World Financial Group. I do recommend that you give Denise a call for an appointment and she can help you clarify and comfortably walk you through what is actually involved in the process..both the pros and cons of each policy.. and why one is better for you instead of just one that makes the most money... I started my policy at age 26, so I have time to wait on it to build...I should have stated when I was 21...(if I was smarter at that time) No end-arounds No Pressure to "Stay until you sign" No hidden comission bonuses( Some companies subtly or overtly push you to front load the policy but it's not always best) No fancy worded policies that sound like a load of b.s... Denise is the most honest individual I have worked with so far in the the last 15 years of working or being involved in customer service side of life as a human being. First I couldn't get through to anyone when I called. The receptionist or person who answered sent me to quotes dept like 5 times and no one would answer. They blamed it on "high volume" of customers or whatever. But how do you not have a process to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner? I can't wait 2 weeks to get a damn quote. I'll just go somewhere else. The person in quotes dept Sheryl was rude and had terrible customer service. She made up excuses about why they couldn't get back to me in time. I filled out their form online explaining what I wanted in my policy and a little of my situation. First I got this rude email (I think she wrote it) telling me they didn't want to talk to me and couldn't write me a policy. The email was short with very little explanation why. Then when I called AGAIN for the 6th time to finally get SOMEONE to talk to me, Sheryl rudely just refused to talk or listen to me, kept repeating over and over how they couldn't write me a policy and basically told me to go away. No solutions, no help, no suggestions on how to fix my situation. Look if you can't write me a policy, fine. I get it. But don't leave a customer twisting in the wind. At least take the time to answer my questions and give me suggestions on where I CAN get help. It's basic decency and politeness. Be warned everyone! Customer service at this place has gone very downhill recently. You're better off going elsewhere!
