Honestly, I used to hate it, given its cluster-***k, traffic-jam design...BUT, I'm happy to say that the place improved over the years. It now houses many cool places that I love, like Le Peep and Kung Fu Tea, for starters. I guess the strength lies in the numerous number of restaurants and eateries, including many ethnic varieties (from Japanese and Malaysian, to Cajun and Greek). The big minus of this strip is the lack of cool retail stores. There ARE some retail stores, but not so much in terms of boutiques. Also, again, the overall design layout is somewhat wild, random and awkward. One of the highlights of this place that many may not know is this lake - complete with fountains and ducks (see pics) - behind several restaurants, like Chili's. It's a great place to stroll around after a huge meal or a drink. Anyway, this is an old staple of South Charlotte...and I'm glad to see that it's still thriving!

There was one customer in the store near the register area shopping but none of the employees in the store were assisting that customer. As I walked in with products in my hand explaining that I wanted to get a credit to purchase something different all three employees kinda stumbled as finally one of them stepped up and offered to help me. She led me to the register to begin my return but then told me it would be a minute as she would be checking out the customer who had been shopping with no employees helping her. Mind you there was another employee who also came up to the register desk but did not offer to help me. So I waited . After issuing the credit refund to the store gift card both of the employees went into the back room leaving me to shop with no assistance. I had to ask several times for one of the store employees standing at the front of the store to come and help me. By this time there were NO other customers in the store. I have to say I have never felt so ignored and unseen as I was the entire time I was shopping in this store. The staff had no interest in helping me and for me to have to ask over and over for someone to help me when there were no other customers in the store was just disappointing. I won't ever understand how four employees had to be asked to help a customer in a store that had no other customers. It was really frustrating. I am sorry I ever went there. I won't ever make that mistake again. No customer service.

He brought it home in the pouch and clearly I put it out and it fell off. I called and she asked I bring it in and was clueless how it happened but it was the link by the area you take off the back so she had to have known. She takes it from me to fix it. When she gave me back, she had taken out a link, which make it too tight! She said she would order a new band. A week later I go pick it up and it is a generic, cheap band. My watch has gold and the clasp said Coach - she gave me an ugly band with a silver clasp and not coach. I was so annoyed but it was not worth the fight. And while she was working on my watch someone came in complaining over an issue where her watch was sent off three times. I will NEVER go back. NEVER. And the manager, Kim, needs a new profession.

I said I'll just get another band , another sales person said no it's concerned used because we used the pins. I said it's not my fault that the other person didn't measure my wrist and I didn't even think about it either. Mind you I'm driving 40 mins round trip. Had to come back.... Came back they never fixed it was amazing the same man who was there from the beginning could of fixed and measured ! Fixed and measured after twice coming back when he could of done it the first time. Bad customer service! What's sad no apologies.

The staff is still wonderful, but the overall selection feels much younger than it used to be. A few years ago, this felt like a women's store with a wide variety of brands and styles for different ages. Lately, the pieces being bought and sold seem geared more toward juniors, which makes the shopping experience less versatile for someone like me. I get the impression that the buying team is focusing on trendier, youth-driven styles, and while that may appeal to a younger crowd, it's a noticeable shift from what the store once offered. It's discouraging when my like new items from stores like J Crew, Theory & Vince are turned away, and then I see brands like SHEIN, Forever 21 & American Eagle on the floor.

I assume they would take in good condition clothes, but they were very specific of what they can take in which is a hassle and want seasonal clothes which I wasn't informed about until later and no one said anything to me about it before I can sell. Then I asked if they take in pajamas, one of the workers said no and the other said yes which is a mess last time I went. I only managed to sell a few things, but that was that. I will not be selling nor buying from this place.
