When I experienced low water pressure in the shower, maintenance responded quickly, replaced the shower head, and ensured everything was working properly. They also encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything else, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The housekeeping team was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They always greeted me with a smile, provided any additional supplies I needed, and did an excellent job servicing my room. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Ms. Kim, the bartender, who was an absolute pleasure. She remembered my name, my preferred drink, and even how I liked my food prepared. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers.
