It felt more like being a guest at someone's house, than at a tag agency. The lady who helped me was very polite and friendly. She even recommended that I pay with check or cash to save 3%. I left to get a check and when I got back a half hour later, I was pleasantly surprised that she called me back to finish and skip the wait. Despite having to pay over $1000 for taxes and fees, I had a very pleasant experience here.

I called and a lady told me that the order was sent in the mail yesterday as of the date of this review. She couldn't tell me why an email wasn't sent out. She was nice and helpful but people in charge of the communication aspect of this place really dropped the ball. Never have I been this inconvenienced by a government agency in my life aside from the Social Security office. Absolutely horrible. Be better.
