This location used to be my most go to social security office 6 years ago, after Covid everything changed, the appointment was harder to book, doesn't matter what kind of questions you get, you have to wait outside for at least 2 hours, and your answer might not be resolved. A lot of walk in and the wait time kept dragging, the waiting room was limited to everyone, I missed the time when I can just walk in and use the self kiosk and be done with it. Now they have so many rules, the security guy was nice, but not all the workers were in the mood of serving you, like today you have 3-4 of them while the number of tickets are above 40.

    Depressing atmosphere and slow workers

Definitely easy in and out experience with an appointment. I recommend you make an appointment first before heading down.

I say go 30 minutes to an hour before it opens so you can get a good spot in line. That way, you are not there all day.

These security guards engaged in sexual harassment by making inappropriate sexual gestures and body language in front of the building.blocked my way, one security guard was calling me Darling come so close to me inches away other one is singing make gestures asking me to come with him, I want county to save video surveillance footage of the building as well as body cameras. This incident was facilitated by the Health and Human Services Agency, whose name I believe is Mendoza. Harley denied my benefits not due to racism, but as retaliation after he hung up on me . I informed him that I would file a report, which prompted him to gather all the security guards, including his supervisor, to harass me further and retaliate against me. This behavior constitutes discrimination against me. I requested that the County preserve the video footage and body cam footage of the security guards outside the building. I also notified a private security guards humor resources company about the incident. It is unacceptable that these individuals, who are paid by the County and wear uniforms, harass single women in uniform. This is our tax money, and we deserve to have it used responsibly. I urge everyone to speak up and take action against this discrimination. BELOW ZERO STAR

Please return my missing income from last year as I have not recovered any from the fraud payee that has been closed permanently under the care of Carolyn Housman and CA Senior Adult Services Don Myers who couldn't understand I fired him for so many years before all the pains expressed through every neglected call with SSI before I was evicted from them defaulting and caused me to lose all of my property, home, family, supplies, tools, clothing, artwork, all promised to be recovered by SDPD and property who also hung up on me with my disability that needs acomodation sometimes even costing me 50% of my paychecks to get assistance when I am well. SSI leaves me less than $300 a month after my humiliating rent amount of $1000 at the very top of what I will sacrifice for a roof over my head after 100% of my money has been on rent and trying to recover lost tools and supplies. I still need towels, heat as reaquired by CA LAW in a rental- I can't afford with default and forcing me to continue reporting SSI left me in my car screaming for help and getting hung up on... sick and unable to reach them by my car that I lived in until I lost it with my rights to have a safety plan and for care at the hospital of my choice or not. I lost my rights to protect myself and have been slandered I have been harassed by CRF workers and they have been reported to SDPD and APS when I stayed at their abusive non accommodating crisis home for health care vs hospitalization against me trying to walk again and recover after so many years stuck in a gas leak and with CPTSD from being raped by someone I cant seem to get arrested with companies who make me look so bad such as the reports of me screaming about the poor care I have never been forced to continue to encounter until Don Myers closed actor of El Cajon PD. I need help with recovering money from this month and still on hold. I hung up after a few hours on hold the first time and the other time almost an hour and half. Now I am still on hold for almost 2 Hours and they are rude and have called me Pet names at window 3 needing help suing and recovering payment for my personal charges as soon as follow up as requested in many calls since and closing of my witness as my payee shortly after as he was a Captain in the Marines and also heard the PET NAME or SEXUAL HARRASSING OF UNWANTED NAME CALLING and Sexualizing me calling me MAM countless times as I just needed help and placement. My rent was due on the 1st and you have neglected to pay my income on time I have set up direct deposit several times before you were forcing me again into the abusive company of your office and waiting room eyeballing experience. I haven't had the pleasure of visiting any SSA building before today, but it reminded me of mini DMV, with the lobby of chairs, a kiosk, and monitor screens displaying next in line lottery numbers. I called in to request duplicate paperwork and left the phone on speaker to run errands while waiting in the hold queue. Two...hours...later...a friendly voice greeted me and was very helpful and thorough with answering questions. While setting an SSA appointment the rep discovered an error and determined the root cause. Since their system had my phone and email info, I received reminders and information including an advance check-in weblink for when we arrived. I followed the link instructions and promptly received my ticket number before we got out of the car. There were a couple of people inside the lobby among the rows of seats towards the right when entering. The information TV screens and kiosk were to the left. Office SSA reps worked behind glass and each space provided two chairs with partitions separating customers for semi-privacy. We spent less than 5 minutes in the lobby after checking in online from the parking lot. Our SSA rep was friendly and helpful, answering questions and providing reasonable expectations of next steps after concluding the appointment in roughly 30 minutes to resolve why we needed to stop by in person. If you have an online account. What was even more outstanding was their excessive entourage! A SWAT team, Emergency Negotiation Unit, 40 cops, 20 units, 2 flash bangs, AND 2 ambulances, just in case, which fortunately weren't utilized. A very aggressive, effective, expedient, and peaceful apprehension! Without going into the gory details and deep disappointment of all my LEOs lies, falsified reports and overall betrayal regarding my $6 million home heist, (deemed a 'civil matter'), wherein I, a disabled, innocent, law-abiding senior citizen and legal owner, am repeatedly framed, falsely arrested, gangstalked and maliciously prosecuted, as all run cover for the complicit criminals who stole it are also stalking me. The OCSD admittedly destroyed and forensically proved tampered with evidence, and has withheld more. I truly wish I had purchased my home in San Diego County and not Orange, I'd still have it! P.S. This is my first positive review of any Law Enforcement agency for all the above reasons, and MANY more I can't enumerate, including a 3rd pending lockout by the OCSD, plotted by HBPD, and my 18-month LIAR Airbnb host who wrote a letter about how amazingly reliable I am. He then lied that I committed battery to block my account, so I can't book an airbnb! He, his wife, and the predator suddenly began harassing, blocking me from my food, and barging into my room. My hosts were jumping into my bed, and all their terrorizations forced me to change my locks. Phelps, I cried to my assaults, falsely arrested ME, as my hosts lied about the SAME assault upon asking them to exit my room. After I was admitttedly viciously assaulted, and nearly raped, Phelps never arrested my assailant when eviction judge AND host both stated he assaulted me. I still bear a scar 4 months later, and was never charged with the battery lie. Who'd believe at 67, 2 IDENTICAL batteries on 2 people in the same home in 2 days, yet only I bear a scar? A false arrest to expedite a false eviction, as I was paying. I never alleged a battery or received one in my life until 1/9/25. All these and more heinous horrors, as a lifelong, homeowning entrepreneur, being chased place to place for 6 years, enduring break-ins, as my unpermitted demolished home remains a severe, vacant fire hazard. My cars are chronically vandalized, three bank accounts hacked, (one to closure). I was drugged at a diner/bar, fainted all night, sustaining a severe brain, hip, and knee injury as well. None of these violent events ever occurred in my life until I reported to the OCSD my real estate/mortgage fraud, elder abuse, and criminal admitted stalking with PIs. I only received denigrating, mocking, insulting falsified reports. Then, the chronic aerial and ground stalking began 24/7 nationwide since 11/21 Upon viewing America's Finest's exemplary police work, I felt compelled to give them the credit that's due and wish they were my law enforcement! I'd love to see the same display at my property located at 2 Calle Ameno, San Clemente, and a couple of flash bangs at a few unscrupulous OC LE agencies!'
