In order to obtain a license, you must make an appointment that is easily accessible by going online to the website and scheduling for one. Once you schedule your appointment, you must bring all the required documents with you to the appointment that can be found on the website. Upon entering, you will be asked to fill out any additional paperwork and take a ticket number, and wait for your number to be called by one of the representatives. My only issue is that they make it very difficult and hard for you to obtain a license. There are so many protocols that you have to follow, and I feel it's a lack of trust in today's world. After trying to obtain a TX license for over 5 years and visiting the DPS 4 times and taking all of the online drivers courses, watching the videos, and taking the drivers test 2 times I finally did it and got it. Do I feel that everything I did with my time and money was worth it since I have been driving accident free and ticketless for the last 25 years Was worth it? No, I don't, and I'm really upset about this process because I live in a state where at least 90% of the people on the road break all the rules and absolutely deserve not to have a license but instead I'm the person who had to go through a grueling process of obtaining a license. I'm thankful my license doesn't expire for the next 10 years, and after that, I can easily renew it online for the next time.

The Waxahachie Pothole offers a full range of emotions: terror, regret, and then a strange sense of accomplishment. It's like a surprise party for your tires, except the party is hosted by gravity and asphalt neglect. Bonus points for the sound effects--it's like your car screams, "Why have you forsaken me?" in real time. For the full experience, I recommend hitting it at night, when it's camouflaged by the streetlights. Daylight encounters are fine too, but you miss the thrill of the element of surprise. And don't worry--if you get stuck, locals will be more than happy to charge you a tow fee while sharing their own pothole horror stories. Honestly, this pothole is a Waxahachie treasure. Sure, I lost a hubcap, but I gained a story to tell at every barbecue from now until eternity. 10/10, would hit again (mostly because I have no choice). Our reservation was canceled because they double booked the day and called it a "glitch". This is a mistake that should NEVER happen, especially for something as important as a wedding. What makes this even more frustrating is that the Lori (staff member) who we spoke with the day we reserved the venue was not helpful and came across as very rude. But, she sure was quick to take our deposit without knowing what was and wasn't available on their own schedule. No glitch there, huh? This situation shows a serious lack of organization and accountability. If you're managing bookings for MAJOR life events, you need to be fully aware of what is and isn't reserved before taking people's money. This was a completely avoidable mistake, and it caused unnecessary stress during what should be an exciting time. I strongly urge them to improve their booking system, communication, and staff so no one else has to go through this.
