On January 22, 2026 their Southwest France night did not disappoint. The meal was excellent from start to finish. We began with Hoisin duck tacos, followed by lobster and crab ravioli, then stuffed pork loin, and the meal wrapped things up nicely with a delicious brownie and crème anglaise. This experience is a great way to enjoy new flavors and new wines while you learn about the food is prepared and the history and origins of the wine. They were smokey, which I wasn't expecting. I'm not sure I liked them.) My 14 year old grandson ordered the pulled pork. Here's how it was described on the menu: 24 hour braised pork/dijon bbq sauce/chef side (which was coleslaw). To be truthful this kid is not the most adventurous with his food choices. When I asked him if he wanted the chef's to put the sauce on his pork he said it sounded great. Here are his exact words after eating his sandwich: "The pork was cooked perfectly and it was nice and juicy. The bun seemed a little bit stale. The sauce was amazing. The slaw was decent."
