I was dealing with a lot and having a hard time solidifying paperwork with Heidi in a timely manner. So I definitely understand why she would be frustrated. What is ridiculous to me is how a supposed therapist would be so rude and unprofessional. What kind of professional makes assumptions and judgmental statements especially in a profession dealing with people struggling with anxiety and depression. Heidi said to me "Seriously dude - no reply to texts and emails from August 10th to now/ August 29, and you weren't in jail or an ICU and I'm the problem?" (see photos of email).

Her reply included an "OMG" in it because she was frustrated I didn't assume what her typos meant. I would've considered still working with her even after paying the $100 no-show fee, but after her blow-up reply, absolutely not and I wouldn't recommend anyone else work with her. Completely rude and unprofessional.

The provider emailed me and said there were missing forms so if I wanted to complete the forms she would reschedule my appointment. No one reached out to let me know in advance that I had forms that were still missing, and I had been dealing with an administrative assistant named Sharonda via email because I was having an issue with forms and getting registered. From my last conversation with the administrative assistant everything was fine and next thing I know my appointment is canceled with no notice. I've worked in insurance for years and missing forms is pretty common. You contact the patient, you don't just cancel the appointment.

I scheduled an appointment to hopefully seek reconciliation with my husband all while being ignorant of the affair. Miles allowed me in his office having knowledge of the affair knowing that I was seeking reconciliation. I understand client / provider privacy, but he should have never accepted my payment and allowed me into his office with my husband sitting there while I was completely unaware of the infidelity. CRUEL! Miles even told my husband that he didn't need any additional relationship counseling, but kept him on as a client for other issues he was dealing with. My husband and I have reconciled and are closer than ever, NO THANKS to MILES, but thanks to my counselor who has painstakingly walked us through all the emotions we each will and are facing. Miles had seriously underestimated us as clients and wrote the relationship off as a loss. He is more interested in collecting $$$ from his clients than actually helping them overcome huge challenges. He never set goals or gave set instructions for us to follow that may have helped us work through any of our problems. He was only there to lecture and listen to our gripes. A good friend could have provided the same care for a heck of a lot less money and at least they may have a vested interest in seeing the relationship succeed.
