The sub was just ok as the bread was pretty dry and really large so the meat to bun ratio was not to my liking. We tried to salvage it with some mayo packets. The first hot dog that we ordered was forgotten by the employees working, so we were waiting around for awhile for that. However when it finally came out it was pretty good! The pretzel bun was surprisingly soft and not stale or dry. The hot dog was a really large beef dog! I did get a taste of the hot dog because the kids seemed more interested in the mac and cheese on top than the hot dog itself, not surprising. Overall it's not a super great option for food but I would totally order that hot dog next time.

Their donut/pastry case had room for many options, but we arrived too late in the day and saw that some items had already sold out. Between the maple donut, strawberry long john (points for appearance with real strawberries on top), and cream cheese topped cinnamon roll, they all were consistently fine. The texture of each one was chewy if you prefer that style, and the fillings were whipped cream based compared to a buttercream that you might get elsewhere. I think coffee drinkers will rejoice at this new option in Ashville, but sweets fans will want to get there early to try the best of the best offerings.
