Healthy sodas and all kinds of teas to help with ailments. I picked up my well fast today so I can make it at home.

2400 dollar a month apartment full of mold, damaged appliances, and a management team that answers…read morenone of my messages or emails. The only way to get a response to is to go into the main office here at "The Farms" and demand their attention, and most of the time I am met with an extremely dismissive attitude. I have been treated poorly the entire time I have lived here, shoo'd away or ignored from day 1. None of the issues reported on our move-in evaluation were even reviewed with the office staff. It took 3 months of constant complaining to get someone to address the drier vents in my apartment cleared - a VERY REAL fire hazard - all because the maintenance office said it 'didnt need to be done'. Only after my drier overheated, costing me 300 dollars in repair, did they finally send someone over to actually clean out the line - lint came out all over the inside of my house. GARBAGE BAGS FULL. Now we had water damage in the house after the thaw, and when their vendor opened the wall up for repair, it was obvious the walls were rotting and infested with mold - the maintenance company and D+F will not comment on it. My emails go unanswered, my maintenance tickets closed without being addressed, and my calls to D+F's "Customer Cares" line go without any response. We are moving out as soon as we can - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S APARTMENTS. They are unsafe, uncared for, and overpriced. My fridge has been held together with TAPE from the day we moved in for crying out loud - 2400 dollar "Luxury" apartment with taped together appliances. **EDIT - the response below from "Drucker F." is canned nonsense. I've already emailed them multiple times, they do not ever respond. They don't respond to voicemails, they don't respond to tickets. The only time I can get anything out of the leasing office here is if I march in there myself and demand help, threaten legal action, or call the authorities. STAY AWAY - this is absolutely their standard operating practice, this is their MO, it's bullshit for them to claim otherwise.

I've lived at this property for two and a half years and strongly advise anyone considering it to…read morelook elsewhere. Management seems more focused on spending money on flashy, unusable "amenities" rather than fixing the things that actually affect residents. More than half of my maintenance requests have been automatically cancelled after sitting for a month with no action. On the rare occasions something is addressed, the office and maintenance staff are uncommunicative and often rude. The gate is rarely maintained and doesn't provide any real sense of security. I've lived in two different apartments here, and in both cases my electric bills have been sky-high due to old windows with poor sealing. The grounds are neglected, with trash left scattered because no one takes responsibility for cleanup. The trash compactor is frequently broken, leaving piles of garbage sitting out for days. The only positives are the grassy areas and a generally quiet location, but they are nowhere near enough to make up for the daily frustrations of living here. If you have a pet, be aware when out for a walk, as the leash policy is not enforced here. If you value responsive management, reliable maintenance, or even just a clean and well-kept community, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
