Wanted to take some time to give these guys some love. Yeah they are a slam store and the prices aren't as cheap as Walmart, but the service is awesome, and really the prices aren't bad. Every time I go into a smaller local chain like Dan's, Acres, Winegars, or Dicks, I expect to get great service but unfortunately I never do. You would think small places would do that to set themselves apart. Well I can say that on every visit I've made to Soelbergs in the few months I've lived out her they have impressed me every time. The staff is so nice and so helpful, and always goes out of their way to help and be friendly. When I complained to the store manager about the Deli running short on chicken at 4:30 pm It was fixed. I went in on Wednesday at 4:30 pm on my way home and they couldnt fill an 8 piece chicken due to no breasts. This was my 2nd week coming in and finding a chicken shortage. Its the basic Demand and Supply rule not being applied. So last night I called to talk to a manager, and when I ask if he was a manager, he said, "I am tonight". After hearing my complaint he started telling me how much chicken they throw away every night. It was just stupid. But by looking at the star rating on the internet, it doesn't appear they care. I would always average an extra $20 in things I picked up when I picked up the chicken. I picked it up every week, but not any more. Be careful when collecting the firewood you paid for. A very insecure (possibly mentally ill) little man that claims to be the owner hides outside to ask if you paid for it. He will attempt to intimidate you but not to worry, his small stature and the weakness behind his eyes solidify that he probably has never felt important and he chases that feeling in the Soelberg's parking lot, the Shepard of the flock of firewood. Hours posted are wrong. Came at 10 and they're completely shut down. The hours on the door are scraped off so who knows what the hours are supposed to be. read more

"NO ANIMALS ALLOWED INSIDE.' "NO BACKPACKS, LEAVE AT THE SERVICE DESK." "DON'T LET YOUR KIDS CLIMB ON THE DONUT RACK." "DON'T PLACE WET ITEMS ON THE CONVEYOR BELT." All signs on the 8.5x11 white paper, all caps, all making me question WTF goes on in this store. In less than a 10 minute visit I felt like a 6 year old with all of the negative signing. Usually buying donuts is a happier affair. Prices were decent, selection was a little rough at 7am (ended up buying a lot of day old stuff.) Don't "yell" at me with signs. I am a customer. read more

Walked in to get some letter balloons filled & the worker told me to pay while she filled them. When I was done paying, she had popped a balloon & didn't fill another all the way. So I paid to have 4 balloons blown up and left with 2 good ones. I was very disappointed & will drive to salt lake before having soelbergs make me pay to fill balloons they pop again. read more

I'm just as quick at writing a good review as I am a bad one. But I look at bad reviews as opportunities for management to teach their employees. Normally, I would contact the store directly via email but they don't have an email listed. A customer was second in line when a young man told him the person in front of him was supposed to be the cashiers last customer. When he had gotten in line, the light was in. This customer may not look it but he has severe heart and lung problems. He also had one, yes 1 box of crackers. This is not good customer service at all.?in fact, we are choosing to stay away. The Grantsville soelburg's has a tendency to be inconsistent and not know it.... mainly with their deli food release schedule.... so there is that. Then, my biggest issue... they refuse to carry soy milk? They carry all the big soy milk brands, but seem to consciously order and stock everything BUT soy milk. This is honestly stupid. People have dietary needs AND live in Grantsville. Oh. And your emergenc vitamin gummies are so old that they are a solid congealed mass never to be removed from the bottle. Do you restock? Cuz they've been there for ages. Step it up. Your other store puts you to shame. read more

This store is clean but waaaaay over priced. The atmosphere is similar to Harmons. We were staying at a hotel just 5 mins away. So I just couldn't beat the convenance that this store had. I didn't really want to drive 15 mins to another grocery store. If you're going to shop here I would Just be prepared to pay more than you normally would for everyday items. read more

This review is for the floral department only. They provided us with the wrong flowers for a funeral which wound up costing us $174.20 for an item we didn't want, or order. The floral manager was rude, argumentative, and unapologetic. I am still going through the dispute process with my credit card company a month later. It's a massive headache on top of losing someone we loved. I will never shop at a Soelbergs again, and if you want your flower order done accurately I highly recommend you do the same. Had I known that Soelbergs was who the funeral home used, I would have just gone to a real florist on my own. Lesson learned!! You lost this customer permanently! read more

Really Nice Employees BUT SUPER OVER priced it is not the place to do your shopping it's more of a convenient store then a grocery store. You still have to drive to the valley to grocery shop . BUT it is nice to pick up one thing when you really need it and you ok with paying double for it . read more
