I don't remember her name for certain, but I think it was Skye (or maybe Kelli?) who prepped me with getting x-rays, explaining what the process most likely would be, and assisting Dr. Wolgin. She also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a patient (and was right on target about what to expect!) Prior to this visit my dentist had tried a few things to pinpoint the pain but wasn't successful. Dr. Wolgin had it clearly identified within just a few minutes and was able to start shortly after that. Not so long story short, the whole process was painless. Dr. Wolgin and Skye (I'm hoping I've got her name right!) worked as a true team, seamlessly going through the root canal process. Watching them work together added to my confidence that all would be well. It all went perfectly and I was out much sooner than expected - from arrival to departure it wasn't much more than an hour. Just amazing, as I didn't feel anyone was rushing - they just know how to do their jobs and do them very well! While I know they will try and prioritize emergency cases as best as possible, even if you have to wait a few days it truly is worth the wait to get an appointment. No one looks forward to a root canal but after this experience I know where I'll be going if another one is needed! It really was painless!

No one looks forward to a root canal, but I can honestly say after my experience, I would not hesitate to come back to your office without reservation. I know your office performs hundreds, if not thousands of root canals a year, but I was made to feel as if my experience was the most important one. Specifically, the way Dr. Silberg took the time to explain what was happening step by step and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am also happy to report I am pain free today! Look, no one wants a root canal. But if you're going to get one (or, ahem, several), get them here…read more Dr. Lin is gentle and kind, and both sympathetic and conservative -- aka, he knows it's not fun to have these procedures done, but he also really doesn't want things to get infected. I needed a bunch of root canals (sad trombone noise) and Dr. Lin did a great job of setting them up so he would start one, have me come back and finish it AND start the next one in the next visit, etc. This helped me minimize visits. He and the staff were great about me zoning out by listening to podcasts, and I never felt any pain. Out of all the procedures I had (five?), only one had an issue. Thankfully, I knew exactly what to do, as Dr. Lin had prepped me carefully after finishing on what to expect and when to call. I called (on a weekend!), quickly got a prescription for anti-biotics, and everything resolved without incident. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again (although I really hope I don't have to)!

I was…read moreable to get into Dr. Serrano right away and she took thorough x-rays upon deciding that I needed a root canal. She reviewed the x-rays with me and even showed me how my sinuses were inflamed due to the irritation of my root! I was able to schedule my root canal for the day after my consultation and everything was super organized. Dr. Serrano explained things very clearly and is an expert at what she does. I've had 2 other root canals and this was was by far the best. It was essentially painless, except for the numbing part, which wasn't bad either. Dr. Serrano took a few x-rays at various points during the procedure to determine if she could do the entire thing at once. I appreciated her thoroughness and specificity to ensure everything was done to perfection. Dr. Serrano called me the next day to see how I was doing, which just shows that you are more than just a number at TEC Endodontics. I am moving out of state, but if I ever need another root canal, I would gladly travel back to Dr. Serrano's office. She is that good!

My general dentist referred me to Prime. When I called they saw me immediately. Prime retreated a failed root canal and found a root that had not been treated originally. The staff checked in on me constantly to make sure I was feeling ok. I still have my tooth and no more pain. I could not be more thankful.

He first explained the procedure in detail and paused to ask if I had any questions at each juncture of his explanation. The procedure itself last exactly an hour, which is the time he told me it would take. I felt no pain whatsoever at any time! After the procedure he explained the results, what I needed to do as a follow-up and that he would do a brief review of the results in six months. I believe I was in good hands with Dr. Rajaeian. My previous root canal was performed in south jersey by a lovely dentist whose name escapes me now, of course. I could only hope that the referral I received from my primary would be to an equally as wonderful specialist. Dr. Goldberg faaaaaar exceeded my hopes! The office located in a commercial strip near the sesame place campus. I arrive for a 7:45a appointment at 7:30a. I entered the buildings main door and the office was immediately to my left. It was closed! Lights out! Seeing as this was my first experience at this location, I was immediately disheartened...I can't imagine (even after exceptional service) that it's the best practice to show up at the same time as your first appointment. This was exactly what happened. I watched two women enter the office from the side entrance (which is only a few panes down from the main entrance so I watched them come in from my car). I waited a moment and then tried again; this time the door was open. I entered and heard the audible doorbell announcing me. There was no one at the reception desk then and no one peaked out for about 5 minutes. Once someone did peak out it was all smooth sailing! Filled out a short form (standard stuff) and soon after I was taken to my seat and recieved an XRay from the dental assistant (hygienist?) When Dr Goldberg came in it was like someone turning on a bright light ... and then pouring espresso on it lol. He was loud and vibrant, shook my hand and immediately told a terrible joke haha. He'd remind you of an uncle (the kind that marries your aunt, not your mothers brother kind) that sneaks you candy and gives you a few bucks when your parents tell him your on punishment. I absolutely loved his personality and I'm CRABBY in the morning - remember it's about 830a at this point and I hadn't had coffee because I was coming to the dentist. He requested a second X-ray, 3D this time, to get a feel for any bone loss and depth of infection. The assistant walked me to another room, covered me in the metal bib, demonstrated the necessary pose and in a few minutes I was back to the procedure room. Dr Goldberg went over each image with me, explaining how the image was produced and pointing out the subtle lights and shadows that indicated normal and problem issues. When he confirmed that the recommendation for root canal retreat was the best course of action (after explaining the alternatives) I was ready to go! Side note// this is my second root canal on the same problem tooth. Don't believe the hype about root canals being painful. I felt NOTHING either time and even now, I've taken only inbuprofen for moderate ache (not ouch). He was pleased that I had agreed to have the root canal performed right then. I was pleased that he was willing to do it (and not reschedule for later on). The entire procedure lasted maybe 30 minutes and he Dr Goldberg sang OUTLOUD - like in the shower style - the entire time. He replaced my temp crown and complimented my primary dentist on always creating nice temp crowns :) i left with a Rx for antibiotics for a week and an appointment for a followup two weeks later. And a pen from the pen cup - I've gotten better pens from other dentists but I won't take away any points from Doc Goldberg, he probably left that up to a staffer. Anyway, I'm glad I got over my initial grievance because Dr Goldberg was totally worth it. I don't know about the Philadelphia office of the same name, but if they don't have a Doctor Goldberg I won't make any plans to get to know them.

The other dentists The endodontist HERE read my X-rays INCORRECTLY and made me think I had a cracked tooth and need a root canal and that I could even loose the tooth! They charged me $285 for the X-rays /"consultation" (that was wrong ) in which I wasn't told that it would cost that much for just a Consult / x-rays . They wouldn't refund me any money even though they were wrong!!! Be careful !
