So I did some asking around since I know some folks that have worked there in the past. Apparently turnover is incredibly high, as at least 5 people have resigned in the past 6 months. There isn't much communication as an entire team, which is obviously a problem with such a small office. Doctors are passive-aggressive to the employees they don't like. They use ableist language and get weirdly upset when people take sick days. Also, there have been microaggressions against Black and Brown staff members. I know 3 people who have worked under these doctors, and it sounds like they do great work, however I'll NEVER support an office that treats their staff so terribly.

I had hesitated for years to get braces as an adult. But after I talked to Dr. Tuncay and saw the patients' before and after pictures, I immediately made up my mind and got my braces exactly the same day! It is definitely the best decision I've ever made. Now my teeth are straight and I am so satisfied to see the change in my profile. All my friends say that I look so much better and more confident. Three of my friends even went to get braces after they saw the improvement! Dr. Tuncay is very pleasant to talk to and all the staff are very professional. It's easy to get an appointment, but both time I've been here, I've waited at least at hour to be seen. I got new retainers made and mentioned that I grind my teeth and had a night guard, so they gave me the "thickest retainer". Under a year later, the retainers are already cracking and I grinded through them. Then they mentioned that I might need a mouth guard, which I mentioned when I came in, but they said they can't do it. They named a bunch of alternatives and the appointment was maybe 10 min after waiting for over an hour to be seen. I'm never giving this place any more money.

My lips are thinner I look older and I look horrible in every photo that I take. I guess extracting teeth was easier for the plan than recommending back implants. A choice I have regretted for years. After doing a little research, I came across a mouth device, called Thornton Adjustable Positioner, (TAP 3), which is a mouth device much like an Invisalign. The next step would be to figure out which orthodontist would offer the device. I made an appointment to see Dr. Iyer at Dr. Segal and Iyer Orthodontics, located at 501 NJ - 73 #202 Marlton New Jersey. I can honestly say I've never been to a facility more organized, and with 21st-century technology. Dr. Iyer was extremely amazing! She was able to sit with me and educate me on exactly how the device worked and how it's going to benefit my sleep habits. I will definitely recommend anyone with sleep apnea or any orthodontic issues to see Dr. Iyer. You will not be disappointed.
