As a small business owner that charges a premium for premium work, I appreciate when another business does premium work even if it's a little more expensive than what the other guys who are unlicensed/unskilled workers charge. Those companies just put bandaids on issues. You get what you pay for! And what we got from Valleyscape was an exceptionally professional, hard working, honest experience. We are having them look into adding some landscape lighting in our front yard next. They should be your next call with any landscaping/irrigation issues that you might have!

One gentleman came, nice guy, however this is what the issue was: He walked around probably for 10 minutes, showed me a light (average you can get at Amazon) and quoted me $8000 for 23 standard lights and if I wanted color is was going to be $15000 After this he charged his $195. I mentioned if I was getting the quote in writing which I didn't get a clear answer and off he went. I called another company, charged me $3500 for 25 color lights (better lights) and extra transformer and app to turn them on from your phone. My point: if you call Valley Scape, make sure you get another 2 or 3 quotes from other providers because they are probably going to take you for a ride if you are not careful. $3500 versus $15000 is a big difference.

Javan was the technician and he was super professional--quick, knowledgeable, and got the issue fixed fast. He explained what was wrong and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. No upselling or unnecessary work, just a straightforward repair. Total came out to $85 which felt very fair, especially for same-day service. Honestly saved me a lot of time and frustration. Would definitely use them again and recommend if you're dealing with sprinkler or drip line issues.

We selected Ruff & Ready to do the biggest changes to our raw backyard, wanting to leave some parts for us to do on our own later planter boxes, slope, etc.). Jeff and his team handled: - Gas line to BBQ and fire pit (for us to build/install later) - Redo of our entire irrigation, including a mix of drip, tree bubblers, above-ground sprinklers, and stub-ups for our planter boxes later - Redo of our drainage to ensure good water management on whole property, including accommodating gutters for later - Concrete walkway with raised curb on the side connecting to driveway - Artificial turf for remainder of the yard - Replacing paver deck edging QUOTE: I, at first, thought the quote came in a little high, then I realized that the other half-dozen companies didn't list everything I requested in their quotes, and once pressed, the competing quotes all came up to Ruff's price.
