They did ask us to come back in to do my family members nails. Before she would be able to do so, I genuinely wanted to ask why the service wasn't provided. I also wanted to make sure that they would be willing to provide the service if she did come back to the salon. My family member did ask in the moment for the service to be provided in the manner that was promised and the tech said no; i.e they were not willing to provide the service. I then received the following information in response to why the service wasn't provided: the service was actually too time consuming for them to be willing to do (would have been nice to have just been honest about that when I called ahead and scheduled the appointment) and to tell me to get gel instead. They then refused to acknowledge the fact that they confirmed a service that they were then not willing to provide. The continued response they had was straight up deflection. If you're interested in going to a salon that is a turn and burn shop then this is the one for you.

Dipped nails. More than 3 colors $5 upcharge. This is only my second time getting my nails done…read morewith the dipping technique. I am new to this process and still developing an eye for what the finished product should look like. My tech was so personally and nice that I forgot to check the quality befor I left. The pinky of one nail needed another coat compared to the other one. One of my thumbs had dents from the UV machine-I think when it went in I didn't realize it scraped the edge. Another nail had a hump towards the nail bed and dipped mid nail. The first time I had them done I was in St Louis and the technique was quite different. When the tech dipped the nail, her next step was to tap the powder off by tapping my finger in a side ways motion. My first experience was that the excess powder was removed with a kabuki brush. Instead of spraying my hands with a solution like this tech did after my last application, I washed my hands. This is to remove any residual product. I was charged $5 to remove the previous nails. The only questionable instance was when one mail did not nudge after 30 min soaking. Instead of applying more acetone and letting it soak; she pulled off the thick nail residue. My daughter warned me that this ruins your natural nail. The gel pedicure and dipped manicure took nearly two hours. I will return the next day to see how it will go to fix my nails. The policy is within one week. The original tech wasn't there but after waiting a few minutes another tech repaired my nails quickly. The tech was pleasant and polite. When I went on a Sat there was only 2 other people there. I did call ahead for an appt. I will say that this is the first nail salon that I have been to outside of Aveda that actually asks how do you want your toe nails to be shaped. I find this so frustrating and 99% of all nail shops that they don't bothers ask and you don't feel like you can ask. Detected a great job forming my nails in the rounded shape.

I've made the mistake of going somewhere else due to having a gift card, and quickly remembered why I need to stay loyal to Trendy. They are so kind, hardworking, and I am always so impressed with how long the gel manicures stay on! I can always count on them to last about a month without peeling off. I always recommend this place to anyone who is in search of a new nail salon

Brought the little for a surprise Pedi. Came in as a walk-in and we were both seated instantly…read more Each pedi was $30 not bad $1/min. All was well, clean inside. The foot tubs did look a little dirty in the creveces, not too bad since it wasn't inside of my actual foot bath. Nonetheless they should clean thoroughly around the outside of the foot tubs. Massage was great, extra pressure on me! Awesome for these tired legs of mine. My only suggestion is that they incorporate Nitrile gloves for customers. I have a bad latex allergy and once my foot got a feel of the latex glove it started to get red, and my whole body started to itch and it took me a while to catch on. It was towards the end of my session that I realized it was the latex glove. Thankfully I was done before it could have gotten way worse. Therefore, either ask first or provide nitrile gloves for your workers. Nice staff.

When he did my pedicure he did not exfoliate all the dead skin off. The very next day my feet looked like I never got a pedi and the polish on my gel nails was peeling off. The manager welcomed us back to correct the issues which was great. But he gave excuses for the issues by saying it was my fault for having dry skin or for being to hard on the nails. Instead of taking responsibility. I'm a housewife, I don't wash dishes, I don't do hard labor or heavy lifting, or walk around barefoot. There's absolutely no reason my mani and deluxe pedi should already be falling apart the very next day. I've never been to a nail salon, paid over $100+ and the very next day it was already coming off and feet looked like I didn't even have a DELUXE pedicure. When I do my own pedicure at home, my feet are soft for at least a week. And I don't even have the professional tools or products. While I greatly appreciate the managers willingness to correct the issues; he still did the bare minimum to correctly fix the issues. Removing some polish but not all and painting over it but the previous color can still be seen and then not wanting to correct that new issue. Rushing to correct the problems but not respecting the requests during correction. Like removing all of the black polish before you put new polish on. Then when my husband says it again, THEN he corrected it. I didn't feel like they respected my requests or my business. If I'm paying for a service, I expect you to perform the service well. Not rush through it, do it half way, and then disregard or ignore the correction when the customer is not pleased with the result. I also expect full accountability. It should be done well the first time and if not, it should most definitely be done with care and willingness to accommodate the requests. I shouldn't be made to feel as if I'm creating an inconvenience for your employees poor service.

I think that nail salons are like hair salons...I would never go into a random hair salon and let just anyone do my hair.
