The fries were the best part of the experience in my opinion. They just needed some seasoning on them and they would have been perfect. Sidenote: The restaurant nickle and dimes you for everything. Extra wing sauce? Charge. Extra ranch? $1.50 charge. (I don't even think it's homemade) Want to use your debit/major credit card? 3% charge. I ended up paying in cash to avoid the extra card processing charge, but in my opinion I felt like the restaurant was trying to charge for every little thing. I avoid places with practices like this because it feels like they don't value their customers overall (just the almighty dollar bill). When I arrived to pick it up, I checked the food while I was still at the restaurant and discovered that the order was incorrect the two flavors had been mixed together instead of being separated as requested. I immediately asked for the order to be corrected and specifically reminded the server not to forget the fries, which were also part of our order. At this point, it was already around **6:00 PM** The server took the food back and later returned with what I trusted was the corrected order. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to discover that, she had simply given me back the exact same incorrect order, and the fries were still missing. I called the restaurant and spoke with server and on behalf of Travis, the manager. His only solution was that I would have to drive all the way back to the restaurant again. With the food, (now cold AF) After already waiting more than an 1 hour for an order that was incorrect twice and still had missing items, I expected much better customer service and accountability from a manager & this place. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What is unacceptable is how the mistake was handled, how rude the team was, Incorrect order, missing food, more than an hour wasted, and a complete lack of customer service when I called for help. Bad reputation is harder to forget as well as bad marketing
