This is a solid place to go for a basic, quick car wash. Though I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes in the middle of a weekday, you can tell they work very hard to keep customers moving. There is nothing spectacular about it but I found them to do a good job cleaning my extremely dirty car. Be aware that there is a $2 SUV charge, which I did not realize when I went there. I got the "Gold package" which should be about $20, but it came to almost $30 when you add in the SUV charge and tax. read more

The wait time in the street (blocking traffic and parking lot entrances/exits) is extreme, prices keep going up while quality seems to go down, signs in front don't reflect the true prices you are charged when you get to the lifeless and disinterested cashier, and they don't do that great job. Cashiers need to learn that they are only employed because of the customer. Been going here for a while because there aren't other options in the immediate area, but I think it's time to find a new car wash. update: havent made it down there yet for my refund b/c i recently returned to work after a 7 month leave due to a stroke.. The reason no incidents were ever recorded was because the MOD tried to bribe my bf with a giftcard, which could not be used toward the unlimited club. duh, what the hell are we to use it on if we are club members? Have been going here for a year now and the service keeps slipping. They do a great job if you stand over them and tell them exactly what and how to clean. I got the Platinum today and they didn't clean the inside at all except for the mats and they never touched the rims. Needless to say I will be looking for a new car wash. read more

came here last sunday 6.14.15 Not really good, i paid for the most expensive package, it cost around 27$. the entire wash took about 5 minutes. ive been to other places where the platinum package would take about 20-30 mins because it was a very detailed wash. there were loads of dirt marks and scuffs all over my car still. i had to call the guy over 2-3 times to clean it. they cleaned one spot and left the other. im not a very picky person but my car is white so you can tell right away if it is still dirty. i get in my car and they didnt even wipe my interior down. all they did was wash my floor mats and wipe dust off my dashboard. my seats, and other leather parts of my interior were completely covered in dirt still. at that point i was just frustrated and decided to just leave. i get home and they didnt vacuum my trunk and my rims were still dirty with dirt. considered going back tuesday because it started raining that night because they do have a 48 hr guarantee. decided not to because i didnt want to waste my time with a insufficient wash. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I go here purely because of location (close to home) and regret it every time. Why would you put windshield wipers on after its washed? Beware horrible customer service, I've been coming here for years and my most recent visit of last week was a disaster. I was the last car on the line as they were getting ready to close. When I approached to have my car on the belt, the attendant was not paying attention as I guess they were anxious to go home and my left front tire hit something and went flat. Then another attendant came over and informed me that I had to back out they would not let my car go through the car wash. When I complained, the attendant remarked "I guess it's just bad luck". When I arrived home, I tried to leave a message for the owner of the car wash and the voice mail box was full!!!! I also emailed him and of course no response. All I wanted to do is bring my car to the car wash to get the salt off my car. This place closes at 5:00 on a Sunday, and I got on a really really long line at 4:45. By the time it was my turn to wash it was 5:05, the guy said no more cars we close. So I spoke to the manager Carlos, and told him to let me just wash the car since I've been waiting for a long time and he said no meanwhile he let two other cars go and it was after 5:00. Carlos is a complete ahole. I'm sorry but when you are a young woman who's a great customer of yours, you be a gentleman and let them wash your car. Whats a few minutes extra and one more car going to do?? And what really annoyed me was that I came before 5:00, and he let two other cars go after 5:00 so he wasn't fair at all. He is not a true gentleman esp the way he spoke to me. Like I said I'm a great customer and got treated with disrespect! Overall, they clean your car good. This car wash is WAY to expensive. You pay roughly $28 for a "platinum" wash. They are supposed to armor all your dash, your wheels and clean your mats throughly. Horrible. The quality has plummeted since I used this place a few years back when I lived nearby. The car was still dirty, they always move all the seats and never put them back, move carpets and not clip them back. The quality would be bad for any price but they charge a lot too! I should have read the reviews before I used this car wash. It is the absolute worst carwash ever!! I even approached the owner and explained how the inside of my car looked as if it was not touched at all, he obnoxiously asked what package I purchased (gold) and then said that the workers cleaned more than they should have and walked away from me. In purchasing the "gold" package it clearly states the interior and exterior of your car will be cleaned. The fact that I still had dust and coffee stains on the console was ridiculous! Gotta love this place. They don't clean the inside of your windows and if they do the rag leaves streaks. They also clean one side of your car. Of course the driver side which is the side you see. The passenger side doesn't get touched with a brush. read more

I was a regular customer for years-have the car wash card etc. I waited online for more than 45 minutes. When I finally made the turn in, they had a sign "cash only". The woman was so rude and told me to go to the ATM at Dunkin Donuts. I told her they should have one of the workers walk the car wash line and tell people it is "cash only". I can't stand this place! The lines are so long. Often the machinery breaks and the staff leaves all the customers waiting on line and doesn't say it is out of order. Went there with a coupon that came to the house for my father in law who now resides with me. (coupon said welcome to the neighborhood FREE CARWASH UP TO $9.99) He asked me to take the car and coupon to the car wash to wash it for him. Pulled up showed attendant coupon and went to counter as car was washed. Owner Mr. Orlando was so rude to me and demanded I show photo ID to use coupon. Coupon didn't state any terms or conditions but Mr. Orlando held his ground and demanded I pay. I told him I had to go home to get money that I only brought enough for a tip. He said that he would wait and wanted me to leave him something of value. I couldn't believe my ears as he stood there with his hands on his hips tapping his foot. Embarrassed and pissed I went home got my photo ID and proof of my father in law living with me and returned. Mr. Orlando still said no and made me pay $14.13 When I asked why it was $14.13 and not $9.99 coupon price he explained to me that the price of the wash went up after the coupon was printed and that even valid coupon holders had to pay balance of $4.14 He also said that the coupon printer will be fixing the print of new residents that are welcomed into the neighborhood with a less then free car wash! I just left here and I feel like screaming. I brought my car that's 2 months old here. I paid 17 bucks for the "silver package" the car was wet, has little black specks all over and the best part was one of my rims now has curb rash and the front grille is missing a big piece. Been coming here for years and the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I know when the line isn't wrapped around to 3rd Ave, they do a good job. Don't expect the "platinum" experience when you have 6 cars ahead of you and behind. Never went to this place before, but they have a sign outside that says you get a free car wash on your birthday. I thought that was a nice gesture, so on my birthday I went for my free wash. First, they scanned my registration on the windshield without my consent. Now they have my registration information. Then, after the wash, I have to show proof it's my birthday so I take out my drivers license and the girl scanned it, again without my consent. Now they not only have my registration information, but my personal info as well. What are they running a stolen car ring here? Now they know where to go to get my car. This is the first bad review I have written in my life. I rushed here on my lunch break to get my car cleaned. I don't get my car cleaned nearly as often as I like, so it was in great need of a vacuuming. Also, the mats really needed to be shampoo, so I asked with the guy who you tell which level of service you would like that if the "platinum" is the only one that includes having the floor mats shampooed. He confirmed that was true, so I chose the platinum. Well, it's my own fault for not leaving enough time on my lunch break to deal with having to go back and complain that I paid for it and it was never done, but that doesn't excuse them charging for services and then not providing them. In addition, they neglected, and I believe intentionally, to armor the tires and wipe the interior. I essentially paid for the most expensive service and got the most basic. Complete ripe off. I have had my car cleaned here in the past and was never thrilled with the job, but I'm so pissed right now, I'm never going back again. So I bring my car into Soft Touch Car Wash last night and the inside was filthy. There were no other cars around so I asked the guys to spend a little extra time vacuuming and I would give them a nice tip, The head guy kept asking me if I wanted a platinum and I said no just the basic. When I went to pay with my prepaid the woman said I owed 7 dollars. I said that I thought I had just renewed me prepaid card but she said she didn't know but I owed 7 dollars. I gave her a tip as well and asked for a receipt but didn't look at it until this morning.because I was in a rush. Lo and behold I do have prepaid washes but I was charged for a "silver" not the basic. As it is I only renewed my card but it is the most convenient car wash to me - the quality has always been iffy.
