So super disappointed. My daughter has been playing softball for 5 years, we brought my daughter here to practice with a machine pitch after purchasing a Groupon. Only to come, and find out that they have no machines. Come to a sports place, somewhere that they show a picture of a softball baseball pitching machine, and they don't have any so what do I have to do, pitched my daughter myself. What if I dropped her off who would pitch to her? So after we get all her stuff around she's super excited, we do it the day before her last game, and the lady told us all sorry we don't have any pitching machines but you can come back at a later time and try then TRY THEN key word TRY. I am so disappointed. Not sure if we will come back. We asked when they be getting machines and the girl said she doesn't know, I asked if she knows where the machines are at she didn't know. Bought some football pants for my son thru Amazon. Pants show up missing pads and a belt. Not mentioned anywhere in the add and have 3 other pairs of the same pants all came with pads and belt. The only thing going for this place is that they have a nice indoor facility. If you need a cage to test out a new bat then you're in the right place, but if you think for even a moment that anyone is knowledgeable, then think twice about coming here. I walked in on Friday evening and the 2 young ladies sitting behind the counter were more interested in talking to each other than helping any customers. Even if you did have a question, they knew nothing about the items they had or didn't have in stock. It's a shame too, because they have a tremendous selection! read more

They had a deal on some bats for a really good price(the reason they are getting two stars instead of one for my most recent transaction with them). I placed my order, received an error message telling me to resubmit my order since it didn't go through the first time, and then got charged twice for that one order. I called them and was told they had no record of the second charge (luckily I did) and they made me jump through hoops and do all the leg work to get reimbursed. After having Amazon Pay (since that's the method of payment used) contact them with my issue asking them to resolve this, I still had to file a claim the next week since they didn't respond to Amazon Pay. A big headache and a lot of time wasted to resolve something that was messed up on their end, not mine. After the refund was issued I never received any sort of response like "sorry" or "thanks for doing the work for us" from them. They were more than happy to take my money but were absolutely no help when it came time to give it back to me. Fwiw I have ordered from them a few times before and never had an issue. This is hopefully an isolated incident and my review is solely based on my most recent transaction. read more

Great business for all of your baseball/softball needs. Besides their store location (which is a beautiful facility with indoor batting cages. I stopped there once on a road trip.), they also have a message board that is a great tool to use when you want to talk sports. If you have a question, someone on there will be willing to help out. To the negative review below: Once you take the wrapper off of a bat, any issue you may have with the product is now up to the manufacturer.
