Angela has been doing my lashes for the past 4 years and has never disappointed me! Her consistency, attention to detail, cleanliness and proper care has always left my lashes flawless. She really takes her time to build a beautiful full set, and it comes out perfect every time. I've been getting my lashes done by Angela for nearly 10 years, starting back when she was in Mountain View. When she opened her own shop, I followed her without hesitation, and I haven't looked back since. She's truly the best. Angela takes incredible pride in her work. She's meticulous, consistent, and above all, extremely clean. During her maternity leave, I tried a few places closer to home, and it was a rough experience. I ended up getting styes due to poor hygiene practices elsewhere, which really made me appreciate Angela even more. After years of seeing her, I had never once had an issue with cleanliness or quality. One of the things I value most is how much care and attention she gives to each appointment. She never rushes. Even when I come in with barely any lashes left, whether it's from too much crying over K-dramas or days spent in the pool, she takes her time and makes sure I leave with a beautiful, full set. (Lash Lift) Annie has been an absolute lifesaver for my lashes. I have now been three times, and every time we talk through a plan to get the result I want. Each and every time the result gets better and better!! For context, I have incredibly straight, pretty much downward facing, varying lengths, stubborn lashes. Before SoftGlamour I had gotten three lash lifts elsewhere - each time my lashes would look bent (sort of like what an eyelash curler does) not naturally curled and they were super messy and would overlap each other. I have never gotten a result like after I get a lash lift from here - it literally looks like I put extensions on my lashes. I never thought I would get lash extensions since I barely have any lashes to begin with, that's why I always stuck to having falsies on. My friend who goes to Soft Glamour always had beautiful lash extensions- they were very fluffy and full. I decided to go in and ask if my lashes would be able to retain it or even have the look. Bonnie was my lash technician, she is really nice! I had many questions which she answered. I am able to take a nap or have a conversation with Bonnie while getting my lashes done, she reassures me that it's okay to sleep, so ladies/gents- take that nap lol. I don't usually write reviews but SoftGlam does it all so amazingly well - lash extensions, lash lifts and facials! The first time I got eyelash extensions for vacation, I ended up getting engaged. (It's a place with good vibes and good luck ;)) You can literally roll straight out of bed with extensions and look like you already got your makeup on which is super helpful during vacations to cut down on getting ready time. When it was time for my wedding, I was super stressed from the planning and breaking out like crazy (which just made me more stressed). Sophia did miracles on my face - squashing my stress, enormous angry painful zits, and lines of blackheads that my makeup artist even asked what did I do to my skin from my makeup trial to my wedding day. I don't know what she did but she did some magic. I even ended up picking up some skincare as we learned the ones I was using contributed to my pores. I wouldn't have known otherwise. Now that it is time for the holidays and my honeymoon, I learned that they now do lash lifts. I was initially skeptical whether it'll be worthwhile to do. Although I like the natural extension look, my natural lashes are straight, but with having to visit family out of town and honeymoon, extensions would have long grown out before I'll be able to be back for another visit. I decided to try the lash lift with tint and WOW, I'm absolutely in love with them!! With extensions, removing makeup and washing your face requires some tender care - you can't just rub your eye makeup off like a madman (which I am inclined to do) and you have to brush them. With the lash lift, I look like I have the natural falsies on but it's my own eyelashes and it's absolutely no maintenance at all! You don't even have to brush your lashes and you can wash your face however rough you like (prob not recommended but just saying, they're still in tact and it's been 2 weeks). Not to mention the lash lift will last 3-6 weeks so much longer than extensions. Love! read more

I had no idea what I wanted and Sophia was so patient in trialing different sets with me to finally find THE perfect set for me. I get the Enhanced Volume and she makes it super full, but not overwhelming, catered to my eye shape. I also had Anna do my lashes when Sophia was out, and Anna's set came out perfect too. Their service is professional, efficient, super friendly and courteous. It's a bonus that they're great listeners too They always find time to see me if I need an emergency lash fill for any reason (I shed a lot sometimes). This review is way overdue because Sophia has been lashing me since 2016 (6 years and counting). Lashes are quite addicting. I have not gone to any other lash business since because well -- there's no need. Sophia knows what works best for my eyes and to be honest I don't request for a certain type of style, I let her do her thing. That trust -- is a must. Also, there has been multiple occasions where I've had to reschedule last minute so although Sophia was unavailable to lash me -- I've had the experience with all of the other girls lashing me and they do not disappoint. ***Spoiler Alert*** Sophia is in the works of opening another shop dedicated to facials. Good news for us skin junkies because it is on the same block. So many of us don't realize how important it is to start taking care of our skin early. The goal is to look 30 when we are 50.
